I had purchased a 450Ltr Dlx fridge from Whirlpool. It was delivered to me by Razzle Dazzle Electronics, F3/31, Krishna Nagar, Delhi vide their Bill No 6431 dated 25 Nov 10. The fridge had dents on the side and the same was communicated to the dealer immediately. I was promised a replacement by the company within 5 working days. However, even after two replacements and a period of almost 2 months I have not been delivered a correct piece. The second replacement was brought to my house on 17 Jan 11 with out being inspected by anyone in the warehouse. This piece also had dents and scratches on both the sides. I have also spoken to the Area Mgr, South Delhi and Mgr Delhi Region on a number of occasions but to no avail.
The response of the company has been utterly appalling and hopeless. It is shameful to see the company's treatment meted out to its customers.
May I request for guidance in this case.
