This is regarding the following problems with our refrigerator [Appliance No. 450]
- insufficient cooling
- Water leakage
- Fridge taken for repairing for 8days unnecessairly and been replaced with scratches, bulb of freezer been broken and still insufficient cooling
- bottom tray bellow the door was broken by the service engineer but has not been
replaced.
We have been following up for the above since almost three month but have been
stuck not a single person from company have respond to our complaint. Sometimes multiple engineers visiting and suggesting different things.
Even engineers are illiterate that they don't even know what the problem is exactly.
Annual mentainance with E-works (service partner) under extended warranty from 31/08/04 to 1/6/2010, Consumer ID No.:-5341669 is useless as no one responds whenever they are called on the Head office no.:67774514 Mr. Dipen & 26784455 Mr. Acram/ Miss. Pallavi answer the call and keep us waiting for 15-20mins. & hang-up without answering or listening to our complaint.
Last complaint complain no.:0409010284 dt.:26/05/2009 is not yet been attended. An engineer came and went without solving problem saying "right now i am not attending your complaint" and left.
Whirlpool is totally insensitive towards this issue and no one has bothered
to call us to check if our problem has been sorted out.
Every year we face the same problem during summer time and company is not even borthered to look at our complain
Am raising this in consumer court as well.
