    Angry Complaint against Whirlpool very bad quality of service

    This is regarding the following problems with our refrigerator [Appliance No. 450]

    - insufficient cooling
    - Water leakage
    - Fridge taken for repairing for 8days unnecessairly and been replaced with scratches, bulb of freezer been broken and still insufficient cooling
    - bottom tray bellow the door was broken by the service engineer but has not been
    replaced.


    We have been following up for the above since almost three month but have been
    stuck not a single person from company have respond to our complaint. Sometimes multiple engineers visiting and suggesting different things.

    Even engineers are illiterate that they don't even know what the problem is exactly.

    Annual mentainance with E-works (service partner) under extended warranty from 31/08/04 to 1/6/2010, Consumer ID No.:-5341669 is useless as no one responds whenever they are called on the Head office no.:67774514 Mr. Dipen & 26784455 Mr. Acram/ Miss. Pallavi answer the call and keep us waiting for 15-20mins. & hang-up without answering or listening to our complaint.

    Last complaint complain no.:0409010284 dt.:26/05/2009 is not yet been attended. An engineer came and went without solving problem saying "right now i am not attending your complaint" and left.

    Whirlpool is totally insensitive towards this issue and no one has bothered
    to call us to check if our problem has been sorted out.

    Every year we face the same problem during summer time and company is not even borthered to look at our complain

    Am raising this in consumer court as well.

    Angry I have the same problem

    Hi,

    I have the same complaints against Whirlpool. We got a 450Lt new fridge before Diwali 2008 and it had some fault and even front panel was not working. After some marathon afforts of 2.5 months the company(dealer) paid our amount back and we bought the same brand fridge from Croma...it is again giving hell lot pf problems..coolingis not proper and it doesnt make ice at all..takes more than 12 hrs to make it...after many complaints they asked us to move fridge at everypossible corner of my house to get more circulation and lastly now talking about recharging the gas...please advice..

    Angry Whirlpool Fridge Complaint

    Hi,

    I actually posted a thread but not sure if you recived it, so writing again. We bought Whirlpool 450 Lt. fridge in Diwali 2008 which was faulty(Front panel was not working)..and after too much of efforts(for more thn 2.5 mnths) Dealer refunded the amount..We bought a new fridge from Croma of same brand 3 mnths bck. It also started giving problems..after too much of nonchalant discussion they made us shift our fridge in all possible corners of house talking about aircirculation problems. Now at the end they are talking about recharging gas and see. I am fade up of this in sensitive people. Please let me know what should we do?

    Angry Whirlpool Refridgerator keeps getting faulty despite several repairs done.

    Hi,
    On 25-10-2006 I had purchased a whirlpool 310L inox refrigerator from your dealer(snehanjali) in vasai for a sum of rupees 17500/-.
    Since then the fridge has malfunctioned for three times in these consecutive years for which i have born the additional repair cost of Rs 4500/- till date.The fridge had malfunctioned last in june 2009 and after repairing it,once again its completely dead today i.e in sept 2009.And if i plan to sell it in the market the selling price offered to me is mere 1200 Rs.
    So i just wanted to thanks you guys for selling me such a low quality product.I am having a really great experience of your products.

    Default cooling problem

    Respected Sir / Madam

    This is to put into your notice that I have purchased a refrigerator 'Ice Magic 220lt' with a 6th sense technology and purchased from Jamshedpur on 26th December 2004 . The same is under 7yr warranty. We are facing cooling problem since last 25 days. A numbers of complaints has been made against the same. Your engineers came and scrutinize it as a PCB problem.
    Now from last 3 week I am calling continuously & requesting your people to take some permanent action on the same, but we are not getting any positive response, rather they are only giving us excuses like: parts are not available and just refusing it.
    I request you to please take some action on this on urgent basis & replace the same if there is no cure to the present problem as the refrigerator is still under warranty period,
    I look forward for your support, failing which I would be forced to launch a case in consumer court against your company.

    Default Godrej AC Unit not Functioning

    This is Shrinivas , I have purchased the Split 1 TR Godrej AC unit form Snehanjali ( Kalyan W ) on 14/03/2010 Invoice No 600917 Owner Name : Mr. S.P. Nituri. From the 3 rd day of the Installation of the Unit , We are facing the Problem of Tripping the Compressor of AC Unit which ultimately results in the Non chilling effect of the AC unit. After putting up the Complaints with the Customer care & Snehanjali Numbers ( Viz. 629599 & 630519 ) , no body has come up with the solution . Firstly they said the Problem of teh Voltage Fluctuations , for which we have purchased the GOdrej Stablizer from them worth rs. 2800/- . Even thogh the problem was not solved , again after putting the complaint Request , the guys came with the Problem Identification of the Main PCB Failure in the Indoor Unit , which they will change out immediately . The follow up call from my side for the new PCB / Unit change was answered by the Customer care people with a negative reply . They back footed on the issue & then they claimed that neither there is aproblem of Voltage Fluctuations nor the PCB failure . Now the complaint is still not closed by this time . It has gone almost for 1.5 months , till that the Problem is not resolve by Snehajali peoples & GODREJ Customer Care peoples . Absolutely they are irr resopnsible for the Comaplints raised for the New Units .
    They are just playing with teh People money & time without any botheration .
    Customers should be aware before doing the deal with such guys , otherwise they will have to end up with the Such Dramatical situations.
    Pls make the necessary action , I need the matter should get closed within 7 Days after raising at you end

    hello sir, mene 17-03-09 ko whirlpool 220 lit. fridge sadar bazaar agra se purchase kiya tha.mujhe 6 months se usme cooling ki problem aa rahi he mene kafi bar service centre complaint ki but abhi tak mujhe sahi responce nahi mila ab me consumer court me case file kar raha hu...thank u

    Thumbs down Whirl pool is deliverd broken fridge

    I bought whilrpool fridge in one month before . while unpacking we found that cooling tower was broken . Regarding this we made a complain my complain number is 0610066780. So for my problem is not resolved . when ever I made a call they are keep informing that . that sapre is not available in factory . So for one month is over . I am planning to fiel a case in consumer court . It's a worst product I have purchased in my life .Please dont buy whirl pool product ... It's totally crap .

    we reistered our complain from last 45 days..we r calling daily at whirlpool authorized service center situated at 28;chand nagar,katipura road ,jaipur...the complain is registerd under the name MAMRAJ AGARWAL...but no action is taker from last 45 days..there is no feedback from the service center...

    MR AMIT KAUSHIK THE Si Nor SUPERVISIOR dnt hav tim to chcek the problem and doesn't have Tim to talk to their customer...so plzz u take action against our complain and dnt force us to file a case against ur worst quality of service..

    We bought your Whirlpool AC model Chrome3 no 27/9/10, yet is not operation able because of your faulty model. Your customer care representative (mr. Shankar 09225259087) neglecting/delaying the complaint. AC bought from dealer M/S Kedia Enterprises Amravati Maharastra. After 4 days waiting, you felt to solve your AC problem. If your not not able to resolve, please return our money back to us immediately as we pay.

    Unhappy Do not purchase whirlpool "ro" due to very hi mentinence

    I''m requesting to all who is purchasing RO from Whirlpool " please do not purchase the Whirlpool RO, because they say something and do otherthing.

    At the time of selling of RO telling very low charges of services/all filters change cost in every year approx Rs.2000/- per year but actueal charees is Rs. 4600/- minimum.

    I have purchase a RO from whirlpool in last year. At the time of RO purchase the company reperesentetive tell me that after one year all filter to be change and maximum charges is Rs. 2000/- for every year.

    last week under gurentee period i have intimated in customer care on dt. 1.10.10(comp. No. JP1010000137) than company service incharge Mr. RakeshAgarwal come at my house on dt. 2.10.10 and withit opening/chacking (chacked only water TDS) machin he tell me that Rs. 4600/- minimum to be charge by company for all filter change.

    Than i have remarked in there complent form that " I'm not satisfied with your comments and charges for Rs. 4600/- it is unjuestified because the RO cost is Rs. 10500/- and filter replacement charges is Rs. 4600/- that approx 50% cost on NEW RO, and also "At the time of RO purchase the company reperesentetive tell me that after one year all filter to be change and maximum charges is Rs. 2000/- for every year, so, i'm not satified with you and whirlpool company, if it is final than please change with NEW RO machin against my old RO and I will pay the difference amount of Rs. 4600/-.

    After three days according to me without closed my complent, ihave logged a new complent on dt 4.10.10 than only customer care executice call me on 5.10.10 and tell me that we can not your help in your problem you may contect whirlpool main office. i request them that please give the line your Senior management person and provide the contect detail but not connect anybady and disconnect the line.

    This is the hight of stupidity and ignorance.

    kindly help me how can i logged a case in consumer court against whirlpool

    Sub: Complaint/Notice regarding defect in Whirlpool refrigerator (PROTON)

    This is with reference to several complaints filed with the Whirlpool customer care at 0522-60008558 regarding defects in PROTON refrigerator purchased on 27th April 2010 at Lucknow. In month of September, 2010, October, 2010, November, 2010 and latest filed on 6th December 2010 vide complaint number LK1210001708. And Tele Executive has informed us that the service engineer will contact and resolve the problems within maximum period of 48 hours. But none Service engineers come to address the problems till now. We have contacted several times to the Customer care, but every time Whirlpool has taken apology that their system is not working and advice me to call them letter. We have called the customer care many times, but no response given to us instead taking plea that system is not working.

    As the whirlpool had not taken any initiative on my problems within stipulated period, then on the basis of the SMS send from whirlpool (which provided the number of Shri Subir Singh i.e. 9044098725), we did contacted Mr. Subir Singh and explained the details of the issue, by chance he was the same person including Mr. Mahbood (who have visited us to see the same problems earlier). But surprisingly, he told me that your fridge has big technical problem and it can’t be addressed unless major part of the fridge is changed or fridge is replaced with the new fridge. Further he has inform us that he had word with the Territory Manager but your problem is not seriously by him, hence I can’t help you and he have provided me the number of territory manager and advice me to have word directly with him only. I had called him (territory manager) he told me to address the problems immediately and thereafter he is avoiding me and not picking my phone call.

    Last time (s), Technical advisor visited our house after 10 days from the date of filling complaint and it is strange that we needed to call at least 30 times to the customer care. For the sake of formalities, they picked the machine and returned after around 10 days, Again machine started creating problems and it was chocked and stops cooling. But after several complaints, none is have listened our problems.

    We request you to please take the issue seriously, and resolve the problems immediately either by the replacement of part or replace the refrigerator immediately, in case problems is not resolved, we will be forced to file complaint with the Consumer complaint for the loss of food, mental agony, harassment, defect in goods and defect in service and all other problems and trouble created to us.

    Hope that the top management will take necessary action immediately against the guilty people and will punish them in appropriate manner so that they shouldn’t work in unethical and inappropriate manner in future and no consumer should be harassed by them.

    This notice is served to the Company’s Managing Director, Authorised person and other for necessary action. Please keep the copy of this notice for future reference.

    This is with reference to several complaints filed with the Whirlpool customer care at 0522-60008558 regarding defects in FUSION refrigerator purchased on 31st August 2010 at Kanpur. In month of October i have register a complaint at customer care for no cooling with complaint no LK1010007635 and Tele Executive has informed us that the service engineer will contact and resolve the problems within maximum period of 48 hours. But engineer has been come to address and without resolving my problem he said that my refrigrator is working properly from that time to till date my refrigrator was working. But from Tuesday night my refrigrator has repeat same problem for no cooling and i have again register a complaint to customer care with complaint no LK0411004789 and same engineer came to my address and he follow the same process(last time) and said my refrigrator is working properly he don't check what is the excat reason for no cooling and now this time engineer misbehave with my wife also and said when your refrigrator is working then why should you call to me. When i have talk to him after he went from my address then he said he checked all the things and also adjusted thermostat and now your refrigrator will not give you trouble.After speak to Mohd Nadeem i have register a complaint again for not satishfied with service because my ferfigrator was not having cooling but after some time i have recieved a SMS at 16.20 that my complaint has been closed. when i have have came to residence at night i have checked that my refrigrator then i found that my refrigrator is not working and still there was no cooling.I have also repate a complaint with complaint no LK411005315 by today morning and told to tele execute not to send Mohd Nadeem but company repate same person and he did not visit to my residence by today and at 20.20 i have recieved a SMS that my compalint has been closed. I want to when my complaint has not been resolved then how can service center closed my complaint. I aslo want to know that without taken any feedback from customer how can service center closed the complaint.
