    Default Whilrpool Fridge - CRAPPY FRIDGE CRAPPY SERVICE CRAPPY STAFF

    I got a Whirlpool Fridge 450 Ltr as a wedding gift from my parents. It was bought on June 26 2006 for my wedding on 28th June 2006. Ever since I started using the fridge, I started getting problems. After 17 days the compressor concked off, to which the customer care people said they need to replace compressor. After that, the compressor was replaced 3 times in a span of 5 months. Tired, I asked for a replacement as the fridge was under warranty. I got no response.

    Then after two months, the gas ran out. So they filled gas. Then few months later, gas leaked again. So another refill. This went on for few months. By then, I had ended up paying about 7000 bucks on top of the 26,500 I had paid for the fridge. Now, the service engineer told me that the warranty covers only compressor so I needed to keep paying the service charges etc, so he sold AMC to me, saying my chances of getting heard by the company are better if I buy AMC. so I bought AMC.

    Then few more months later, the whole gas leak drama started again, When that got fixed, they said coil is choked, so I need to take to service center. So I sent to service center. They did not return the fridge in the promised time, in fact, they said they were keeping the fridge longer so they could ensure proper functioning. I got my fridge back last week, but it was completely damaged - bumped freezer compartment, and no freezing! For six consequetive days, the service engineer came to my place to fix the cooling, and everyday after first defrost, the fridge used to die down and needed a component change the next day. I have original receipt, and also bought AMC since I was tired of paying. Now I need my money back or a replacement fridge.

    I have the same complaint of whirlpool freezer. It started giving me trouble from the very second day. It is not cooling proper......

    I firstly reported to the Dealer, then there engineer was visiting but they did not do in proper way again my freeze is giving me trouble and that time my freeze was also leaking. I have again reported to the dealer but he was not responding to me my friend was suggest me to register the complaint at National Consumer Helpline. You can also register your complaint here.

    I Am another victim of whirpool customer care

    Hi,



    I am Sujeet Roul based on faridabad, Haryana. I have purchased a windows AC 1.5 master mind last year still my a/c is under warranty.



    I have logged a complaint on 11th May 2011 to your Faridabad service center. I have received the SMS from your side that your compliant has been assigned to Mr. Jeetu and also mentioned his contact number. When I tried to call Mr. Jeetu he was telling he is not aware about my complaint. Then nobody comes to my place and after you have closed my call without attending.



    Again I have logged a complaint on 23rd May 2011 after that again I have received SMS from your side that your call has been assigned to Mr. Prem Singh and his mobile # 9268046776 when I was calling his number his mobile was switched off.



    Then again I have called your customer care they told me my Senior manager was not available you can call us after 1 hour.



    Now my question this is the kind of service whirpool providing after sell service if somebody treated like this then what you are expecting is that person again will buy any of whirpool product.

    Today i received another SMS that your second complaint also been closed without attending anyone.

    my father purchased a refrg for me as a girft he also purchased the extended warranty. The company called bernies is where my father made the purchase. well 8 months ago they went out of bussiness ....Everytime i call whirlpool to find out about my warranty noone can help me or seem to find any warranty now, i have to call the chamber of commer in my state. This is second pcs of equp my dad purchased and the second pc was a washer
    which i had to get serviced 3 times within 3 months. quality poor! Very dissatisfied very

    Default Bad quality of service regarding my whirlpool washing machine

    Sir.
    I would like to state my harrowing experience with ur service providers.I stay in Faridabad .My washing machine developed a malfunction for which i lodged a complaint on ur call center no-18601804558 on the 3rd of october.I got my complaint no as-HR1011000680.No one turned up & again i reminded the call center people of the malfunction on the 5th of october.So finally an engineer turned up at my place .saw the machine & said it had to be carried to the workshop .So till 15th of october no one turned up to take it to the workshop.So again i called up the call center & i talked to one MrAkshay & i requested him that my machine needed attention.He assured me that the same would be done immediately.Nothing happened& then on every day i called up the same number & talked to Shilpi,Arun,Govind,Bhaktar& a line of other call center executives(as the call themselves so).With no headway i talked to one Ms Priyanka who is supposed to be at the escelation desk & a position higher then others .She told me things wud be done at the earliest.But nothing happened.As diwali was approaching i needed the machine to be repaired speedily so I called up Whirlpool corporate office at gurgoan.(I got the no.from the net).I talked to one Mr Kuldip & he assured me that things wud b done .Nothing happened but one fine day on the 20th of october i get a call from onMr Satpal from the service centre saying a rickshaw wala wud come & pick up my machine.It was a sunday but still i remained indoors thinking if i move the chance of reapiring it wud go. No one turned up.I called up satpal at least four times & can u believe he tells me that as the rickshaw had broken down the washing machine cud not be picked up from my place.Just look at the reasoning this man gives me.Again i called up the next day & talked to one Ms tammana of the service centre & she also gave me some cock & bull story.Fed up with all this exercise i stopped calling anyone as i was tossed from one end to the other.After a day or so i got a message on my mobile :your call has been updatedin oyur system as"concerned person not available".In case of dispute pl dialcall center no 18601804558"So i was at the same point from where i had begun.Can u believe the aganosing wait i had to put up with the call cehter ppl.I calculated an average of 15 to 20 mins wait each day.Tell me in todays fast moving world do we have so much time to spend on repairing a washing machine when my machine was under AMC.On one hand we pay hefty amounts on AMC & this is the service we get.Its been a very very bad experience for me .Never again buy a whirlpool product & never go for an AMC.Its better to get it repaired by a local mechanic as i did.The work was done in one day.ITs sheer waste of time talking to these parrots (call center ppl )as they just parrot a few words & then thetr is no follow up.God never again buy a whirl pool product;

    Default microwave is not get repaired..

    Dear sir/madam
    i have complained about my "Whirlpool 25 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven" on 19/3/2012 (SR number: GB0312007022).
    then the engineer suggested to send the microwave to the service center for repairing. I send it on 25/3/2012. (job no is 1063)
    but till now my oven has not get repaired, and when i call, they say every time that part is not delivered from the company.
    i mailed to helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com for the above problem but there is no response.
    today when i called then he gave me same answer that part is not delivered to from the company and when i asked why he cut my call.
    i think i must go to the consumer forum. but before go to the consumer forum i would like to let it know to the whirlpool authority.
