Myself jitendra kumar. I ahve bought a fridge make SAMSUNG 180 ltr from CHOICE ELECTRONICS on 3 may 09. fridge is not producing cooling effect. i have complained the same to CHOICE ELECTRONIC and to SAMSUNG Customer Care on 0120-30308282 as well on 11 may. my complain id is 8410254213. I reminded them again and again but no one sent their engineer or representative to check this problem. Due to this me and my family suffered from mental agony, and a great pain without fresh food and milk and cold water, i have paid Rs 8500 to purchase the fridge.
