Respected Sir,
I had bought Whirlpool 280 Litres, 5 Star Rating, Jet Lite Color Mastermind Fridge from Rhythm House,B-1/35-36, Sector-18, Noida (Phone:0120-5318000) on 28th Nov 2010. The fridge that was delivered was faulty and compressor plate was broken and there was dent. We contacted the dealer and he said he wont replace the Fridge. Engineer from Whirlpool came and said Fridge would be replaced by Whirlpool. Whirlpool does not have the fridge in stock and they have no idea when it will be in stock.
I opted for same model with different color but the same also has not been delivered. I have contact corporate office, Area Sales manager, Replacement Team but to no avail. I am being fooled that my fridge will be sent today, tomorrow since last few days. I have not been able to use the new fridge even once. Neither dealer nor company is doing anything. Please help
