Dear Sir/Madame

This is regarding my complaint of payment made for purchasing Refrigerator Model no. LG 335 VM5 - Receipt No. 068 - Dated 19-Jul-10 from Promax 4A/43, Basement, Main Bazar Marg , Opp. Bharat Palace Hotel , Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi -110060 thru their Agent Mr. Austin in Gurgaon delaing with Corporate customer. Since I already had purchased an another product Whirlpool Washing Machin thru same dealer and got it delivered .So, I made the full payment in advance for Rs. 17900/- via check no. 744359 of HDFC bank dated 19-Jul-10 , Horner on 21-Jul-10 from my account. But the Refrigerator is not delivered as on date.

After contineous followup on mail/calls ,On date 10-sep-10 ,it was told by Mr. Austin( Mobile No. +91-9971563472) that the above item is not available with LG company and the refund shall be made to you.

Now it’s over 4 months from payment date and after continuous calling to dealer i am not getting any response even they stopped picking up my Calls and SMS.

I also have given them the option to give any other product of same price but revert on this from their side.
Pls guide how to move forward on this.
