This is regarding the following problems with our refrigerator
- insufficient cooling
- Water leakage
- New handle replaced with scratch
- Freezer tray was broken by the service engineer but has not been
replaced.
We have been following up for the above since last one month but have been
stuck multiple engineers visiting and suggesting different things.
The last call i received from Vicky Ph no. 01126806215 suggested that we
switch off the fridge for 24 hrs so that the engineer can visit and work on
it.But we did not get any call and no one visited our home. the day was
agreed as 14th Apr considering it was a holiday and everyone at home is
away for work on weekdays.
Whirlpool is totally insensitive towards this issue and no one has bothered
to call us to check if our problem has been sorted out.
Am raising this in consumer court as well.
