My name is Sharath and writing to you from Sullia of Dakshina Kannada
district ,Karnataka.

Could you please help me with this regard? Below is the email I wrote to LG
India customer support .

My concern is regarding the LG fridge I bought around 6 months back. All of
a sudden in the night 1:00 Pm it caught fire and is completely damaged/burnt
. Even the Stabilizer was caught in fire and damaged badly.

Almost a week back ,I had raised the complaint numbered S9C40200913 but
unfortunately I am not updated with the current status of my complaint. Its
really cumbersome to call your customer support each time and keep hearing
to the same sentence "we will update you as early as possible".

We had visited the dealer[ADKAR Electronics Sullia ] as well and he is also
not sure about the current status of our complaint. Persons from LG as well
as from Dealers had come home and taken the snaps of the refrigerator.

I would glad to hear from you as early as possible. If at all ,I am not
getting a status update on my complaint I wont hesitate to file a complaint
in the consumer court as I have prepared the complain already with the help
of a family lawyer. Out entire house painting is discredited due to the
smoke fired from the burning fridge.
