    Default Complaint against Samsung Electronics

    I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Garnet Electronics and the compressor of
    the same failed within a couple of years, but since I had misplaced the original
    invoice and the warranty card, I was told that I will not be eligible for a free
    replacement.

    I agreed to the same and asked Samsung to replace the compressor on my cost and
    also asked them to provide for a new freezer door, as it was
    broken. The complaint number was '8408960013' and the date was the 7th of
    December.

    After more than a month of following up constantly Samsung finally sent a
    technician from 'Matrix Electronics', who apparently are the service
    representatives for Samsung and the compressor was replaced, but he did
    not get the freezer door.

    While replacing the compressor, the technician failed to flush the system as is the
    norm and he did not have any thermometer to check
    if the refrigerator was cooling properly.

    He collected the entire payment of Rs. 3200/- promising that if there was any
    problem he would attend to it immediately.

    As was expected the firdge was not cooling as it is supposed to. I again
    made a complaint of the same in the first week of february 2009 and ever
    since than I have been regularly following up with the customer care of
    Samsung as well as Matrix regarding the gas charging of my refrigerator
    and the freezer door.

    My complaint number with Sumsung is '8408960013' and my problem has been
    kept pending for more than 3 months now. Every time I call up Samsung they say that
    the problem will be resolved within a few hours and someone from Matrix will get in
    touch with me, but it never happens.

    When I call Matrix they either do not take my call or promise to send the
    technician the next day and fail to do so every time.

    Consequences : As a result everything I keep in the refrigerator gets
    spoilt and I cannot store fruits and vegetables, therefore I have to go
    shopping everyday at the cost of losing precious working time. The most
    disturbing factor is that because of the fridge not working properly my 2 1/2 yr
    old son has to suffer the most. So many times we could not give the baby milk in the
    middle of the night as the milk kept in the fridge was spoilt and there was nowhere
    I could get milk in the middle of the night.

    This inconvinience is more than any economic or physical damage that
    Samsung could have inflicted on me.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a AC from Vaishali (Ghaziabad) last year. There are three services free. On 27th March, 2010 (complaint no. is 8401094880), we requested at customer care centre for regular service. Till date there is no response. What to do in such a hot summer if we are unable to use product.

    We request you to pls. take up this issue.

    Default complaint against samsunsung refrigerator

    Hi ,
    We have purchased Samsung refrigerator in the year 2007,just then we started facing problems after 2 years and since then its not working in proper condition as it should be. We have launched complains many a times in their service center,every time it gets repaired and again some other problem occurs.Our old refrigerator of LG has served us for 15 years ,but seriously its very hectic with Samsung.
    Please take quick actions and get it solved as soon as possible or we'll file a complaint against your product.

    Dear Sir/Mam

    I have received called 14 may 9:45 pm regarding complain no 8425385644 this and talk to Mr.Inderjeet and as per accoding him my LCD was repair to out side and he was to conifidation. 1 of your Enginner was came to 1st complain and he say i just closing your complain i dont think so your taking to serius my consern. without any conformation your empolye say repair to out side i think this is right time have to take some legale action to your company and your fu****** empoly.

    1 thing also he say if Servies engineer will came to repair my LCD you have to pay 850rs amount but my LCD was naver rapair to out side so why this amt paid to my side you have to 2 choice now 1 changed my LCD Now and 2 i will handel to your advocate in consuemer court.

    And i have to much enoufg time to written mail call to Customer caer some other Work
    so don't worry I am not leaving this issue very simply you have to suffer also......

    I am Deepak Singh Chauhan, writing this mail with sheer frustration and agony
    and after struggling fro last 2 days.

    I want to have the patience and few minutes of your precious time of all of
    you whom so ever has been marked this mail and intention for writing such
    big mail to highlight the issues at every step when I tried my level best
    and left no stone unturned. Why is it such a humungous deal to get any
    little thing sorted?

    I’ve purchased the Samsung TV inspite of having endless option available in
    the market just because of the impression I’m carrying since childhood. I
    bought 81 cm. Samsung LCD with serial number LA32c480h1lxl from VINOD ELECTRONICS, Pul pehlad pur New Delhi and the amount I have paid for the
    this transaction is INR 29500 (twenty nine thousand five hundred) on 24th Nov
    2011. With this I was also provided with one year of warranty. (Still I am
    having 6 months warranty period left)

    Now fom last 2-3 days back real phase of struggling journey started when I
    observed that the uppur screen guard has detached from the screen. After
    having this clear observation that something is wrong, I registered
    a complaint (no. 8425385644) at the customer care on 02 may 2012. It was good to observe that the Enginear (contact no. 9250540669)came well on time the very next day but
    i was surprised to know that the plastic covring is not under warrenty and will not be replaced also what he had to say that I should have complainted earlier 2 or 3 months.
    i have failed to understand that what dose the word WARRENTY means to you people when some short of part can not be replaced which is also the very much part of the body of the t.v. set,
    also how could i had loged complaint before when the issue is just from the last 2 days.


    I again dialed your customer care today, i was promised that some senior will call me after 2 or 3 hours but no one has turned up yet.

    So hope this is my last stint with Samsung and shall not intend to buy any
    product in future and shall not recommend Samsung to anyone. But surely post
    this blog to all leading website and file a case. This e-mail justifies the
    pain and frustration I gone through and hence my last effort for justice.

    Now, I strongly requires a visit from some well qualified enginear who have the knowledge of the product and could understand the pain of the customer to repair of my television free of cost.

    Failure of above mentioned point would surely lead to a legal contest
    with the publication of this experience to all leading website.

    Default Complaint - Refrigerator

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This is to inform you that I Maulik Gangar have taken a fridge of your company before 1 month. I was being informed that I would not be facing any issue within the Guarantee / Warranty period. If any problem occurs, fridge would get replaced immediately.

    However there is a temperature issue in fridge. In low temperature, water gets spread in trays and vegetable racks. If we keep in medium or high temperature, it becomes ice.

    I had called up customer care for said issue. They did not provide me any solution. They advised me to contact Service provider ( OMKAR SERVICES ). I had contacted with dealer and called-up your engineer also. He also agreed on the same problem. As per the view of engineer, my Service provider( OMKAR SERVICES ) commited me to replace the fridge.


    However suddenly they have taken their commitment back and not ready to replace the fridge & also talking very very very ruff languages.

    As a good product branding, i should not be facing such kind of issues. From the start, i am doing follow-up with everyone. I am not getting proper response from anyone. I am very much irritated with your service and staff. I am just wasting my time with no result.

    Would appreciate your intervention in the said issue and replace my fridge immediately.

    Dear Samsung Authorities;

    I have purchased a LCD TV 23 Months back.

    Recently we observed some lines and brightness elevated on the TV screen ....I called Samsung customer care(Complain No : 842577775) and they sent a service engineer on 22-Dec-2012. He said that the TV panel has to be replaced and I need to pay Rs.15 to 19 thousand to repair.
    he concluded this without checking anything like timing and control board or any fuses, only seeing the lines on TV screen.
    and I came to know that its a common problem with Samsung TVs.

    I was completely shocked to listen this. Because I purchased the TV around 30k and need to spend Rs.15-19k to repair it.

    I feel completely cheated on buying the Samsung TV as I was told that the same is a good product and I would never have to worry about its performance.
