I had bought a Haier frost free double door fridge in June 2005. Recently the fridge has started making a very loud noise every time it stops. I called the service centrefrom where a technician came to inspect and he said that the compressor needs to be changed. He collected a one time fee of Rs.350 from me and said that the part will be replaced soon. the first complaint given was on 21.3.09 and the technician visited on 23.3.09. After that repeated phone calls have proved to befutile. No action has been taken so far. What do I do?
