The company is giving very poor services, My name is Gopal Gupta. I need your help sir in the following matter:

I had purchased one Kelvinator refrigerator from A.R.N. Agencies at Sangam
Vihar on February 28, 2008. After few days, I came to know that it was a
demo piece & also its lights were not working properly, then I made
complaint at customer care & they sent their guy for checking / repairing.

After few months, we felt that the cooling of the refrigerator is getting
low and main door of the refrigerator is getting junked. Several complaints
have been made at their customer care department. Several engineers visit, I
don’t know what they have done but no improvement whatsoever till date. The
mobile number of one of their engineer is 9310680682.

Then I had contact consumer helpline to lodge my above complaint, they
advise me to contact their Aurangabad office and said if I will not get any
response from their office at Aurangabad then they will assist me further. I
sent them a letter on 4th of May 2009.

Advise me what I should do now. Your initiative in the matter would be
greatly appreciated.

Hi

I had purchased a refrigerator last year which developed some fault
within 3 months only .I called the call center and that was rectified
.Again it has developed some fault and its not cooling .I had lodged
complaint in call center no DEL2210090624 .Now the complaint is attended
but to my shock the compressor is defective and it will be replaced .Now
this is under warranty of 5 years but the person who has visited me says
that some rupees 1100/ will be charged .I fail to understand that when a
product is under warranty then why should I pay .I am being harrased in
the hands .Plz look into the matter and get my product rectified .I was
delievered defective piece which is my gut feeling

Sir,
My name is Kuntala Sinha. I have purchased Kelvinator SuperKool refrigerator on 2nd May 2009. Since the there has been 6 complains lodged by us which includes:
1. no cooling - solution: an engineer came and filled gas in the compressor
2. excessive cooling - solution: an engineer came, scolded us that we don't know to use a fridge [ i am a software engineer!!], took out some gas of the compressor
3. partial cooling in the ice box, no cooling anywhere, ice on the back side pipe of the freezer - solution: engineer said keep the fridge off once in a month, it will defrost automatically. he also poured boiling water in the freezer to remove excessive ice
4. no cooling - solution - said that warranty has expired so we need to pay. somehow an engineer came took out the compressor which was an LG made and fitted a duplicate one.
5. water leakage, thermostat not working, ice on the emission pipe - no solution yet.

Sir I have purchased this refrigerator on 08 Mar 2012. from the day of purchase I am facing problems with this and I have already lodge three times complaint one on the day of purchases, second one Nov 2012 complaint No DEH 0803120006 And now on 11 May 2013 complaint No DEH 1105130003 presently its warranty period expired. The response on service rep is too pathetic and noncoprative and service provided very poor. I had purchases this from lovey Electronic Railway bazar Haldwani. the reponse of dealer also poor. Now cooling system not working Fan required to be replaced.please do some needful for me so I can replaced it.Thanks
