Sub.: Service contract (AMC) in connection with Godrej

Ref.: AMC Application No. U/03049 dt. 18.7.07
With reference to the above, I would like to state that an AMC
(Annual Maintenance Contract) has been made between us in connection
with the Annual maintenance with payment of Rs.1403/- (Rupees one
thousand four hundred and three only) of my above mentioned
Refrigerator, till 18.7.2008.
Since the Refrigerator was not in working condition, on my
complaint, your technician visited to my place checked the
Refrigerator on 6.9.2007 (complaint No.71C00058). He finally
intimated that the compressor and condenser of the Refrigerator have
to be replaced. But, in this connection inspite of my several
reminders and requests through phone, no body has turned up to do
the needful so far. It has already elapsed nearly 3 months. As a
result of which I could not use the Refrigerator.
Due to non-availability of the service of Refrigerator, I had to
suffer a lot to feed my small two kids (below 3 age), which caused
me more mental agony and my family members also suffered a lot.
Due to the failure on your part to comply with the conditions, you
are hereby requested to take back the Refrigerator and the cost of
the same may be refunded to me within 3 days. Moreover I have
remitted a sum of Rs.1403/- towards the service contract. The said
amount is to be returned to me within 3 days.
So you are requested to take back the Refrigerator and refund the
money to me within 3 days, treating the matter as most urgent.

provider in Pondicherry has diagnosed that the Cabinet of your
machines is leaked.
With past discussions apart, during the discussions with the
undersigned we tried to explore options of giving a mutually
peaceful solution.
Appreciating your loyalty towards the brand when the undersigned
suggested of giving a category machine( with 1 year service ) under
exchange of your old machine after collecting a nominal amount ,you
were willing to pay a sum of 1000-/- rs for a single door category
machine.
kindly give us 2 days time we would revert back after necessary
sanctions

not proper response against the complain of GODREJ REFREDGERATOR There was cooling problem in my fridge. The complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. 1800209511)on 2 -April -2010 and the complaint no 457747 . In spite of several phone calls nobody has turn up to rectify the fault .GODREJ MAKES FALSE PROMISES TO SEND THERE TECHNICIAN WITHIN 24 HOURS. WHICH DOESNT HAPPENED . Since then I am waiting for the Godrej technician to come. and today is 6-April-2010 .Then why you want to sell ur product if you dont have proper network service .NOR UR PRODUCT IS DURABLE OR UR SERVICE .IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PROPER SERVICE NETWORK THEN WHY YOU SALE REFRIDGERATOR I THINK I WILL BE BETTER TO STOP MANUFACTURING UR PRODUCTS . WHAT ALL UR TECHNICIANS ARE SLEEPING ???????????????
NOW IN SUMMER FRIDGE IS ONE OF IMPORTENT THING BUT U GODREJ PEOPLE .......................
I DONT KNOW WHY YOU HAVE OPENED THAT CALL CENTER WHEN U DONT RESPOND.
FOR EVERY 6 MONTH UR GODREJ NEED A SERVICE .VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Harrassment by godrej service centre sir,
My parents purchased Godrej refrigerator for Rs14500/ on 29.6.2009 from Next retail shop Ferozpur Road Ludhiana.Just after ten days of its purchase it had sound problem which was informed to service station of Godrej co. model gram Ldh. They sent Mr.Sunil twice but he could not identify the problem.Therafter one another person was sent he also did not provide satisfactory work.Three four times Mr. Sunil technician visited but he could not identify the problem,thus one year expired .After one year Mr. Sunil came and he said gas needs to be filled and asked for money for filling gas and that to with gurantee of three months only. It means New Godrej refrigerator needs to be filled with gas after every three months.This delay has occured due to no service provided by service station and they just lingered the things and warranty period expired. complaint was filled at Toll free no.18002095511 complaint no. is986991 but nothing was done . I mailed at icomplaints then Mr.Sahil verma called saying he can only get the gas filled .I told him that this delay has occured due to not identification of fault by their technician.My parents were harrassed unnecessary as my father old man went to service centre within warrantee period but nothing was done .Now they want that company should replace the refrigerator immediately and corect piece to be provided as it is not athentic to get the gas filled in New refrigerator after every three months.so I am writing you so that you ask service station people and we should able to get correct piece of refrigerator.
I shall be very much thankful to you if justice is being done here.Please do reply me.

Month old refrigerator under repair replcement immediately I have purchased godrej refrigerator double door on april 4th 2011 it has got a multiple complaint
1 : ice formation on the body
2 : frezer door is a problem which has to be replaced
3 : when there is no power water leakage all over the ground
so here by looking into so many problems i am not ready for the repair i would ask the high office for the replacement

We have perched a double door refrigerator 230 Liters, as per our old experience, we have used Godrej Prest Cold refrigerator and we have used the same one last 20 years. After that we gone same brand name. We do not know that your company reputation is going down every day. My every friend say go to other brand (Godrej is now a days not maintain reputation) but even thought we have gone your brand name. Ever one say why you have perched this double door, its having heavy complain special the Godrej brand its not having good reputation now a days.
Our every products microwave is Godrej, washing machine is Godrej.
But now question mark arises and we have to think for your brand name. Really we very unhappy, we are always thing of every product from Godrej, but its now we have to knock the door for our justification.
What happen to us:-
Exactly on same year after 6 month our above refrigerator is not cooling. We complained the same to the above dealer and after that he raised hand say he is only selling the products, not repairing the refrigerator. We search your company address, complained office address and after 15 days they have visited and replace from upper zone a thermostat parts (inside form top cabinet behind a parts) and nearly 8 days it took to replace the parts at last they repairing done within a warrantee period time.
And we noticed every time we store good quantity of food items its give problem. Even thought we are prolonging your rubbish products. From day 10/05/2011 its not at all cooling.
To-days Condition
Our above refrigerator is giving same problem and we are calling your comp line people but no one is ready to visit our house. They always switch off the mobile. Mobile say out of range.
Request:-
We are requesting you please rectified the above refrigerator and please try to maintain the decency of your brand name. If you are unable to attend complain than we have to knock the door to higher authority.

Godrej refridgerator stopped working within two months. I have purchased "Godrej ( model no - gde19cs2)" refridgerator on march 2011 in Jeya electronics Ambattur O.T .
within 2 months period its stopped working. Then I contacted godrej customer care and they said service person Arun will come and look in to the problem, no one has come around 5 days, everyday I use to call them twice they answered me the same. Finally service person came and told us we have to change the coil and compressor it does not cover the warranty. We have 1 year replacement warranty and 4 years compressor warranty. Really I felt bad about Godrej is doing such a worst service

Redressal of grievance:Godrej refrigerator G528SF 260 ltrs RUST formation of the door Dear Concerned,
I have posted a registered letter about the above mentioned complaint to your Appliances Division Office in Mumbai and the same has been received by your good offices on 17th Aug' 2011, but yet to receive any reply from your side.
Again I would like to let you know about the harassment done to me by your authorized service centre to replace the door of my refrigerator, in which the rust has been formed.
Kindly refer to the complaint no. 724973 lodged on 2nd Sep' 2009 in your toll free no. wherein a supervisor visited and said that the door needs to be replaced, but as the door is out of stock, so they will make an indent and it will take nearly 3 months. Again when I contacted after 6 months, your authorized service centre M/s Jagannath Service Centre, Arunodaya Nagar, Cuttack, sent us one door of Freezer compartment and said that as soon as they receive the main door, they will replace both of them.
I kept contacting them many times for the same, but sorry to say, all my efforts have gone in vain. This is the worst service I have experienced in the so called professional "Godrej" company.
Till date, I have not received the main door, and the freezer door (RFO- 07400462, GF-28, silky grey) is lying at my premises.
I thought that complaining to your main office in Mumbai would help me in this regard. But it seems all your offices through out the country are used to harassing the customers.
This is the last reminder to your good offices to do the needful at an earliest possible time, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.
Please acknowledge the receipt and waiting for a favourable reply.
