DEAR SIR ,

MY SELF PARVINDR SINGH three days back I had call at ur call center for repairing of my symphony refrigerator 350 so they gave me complaint no dl0810004611 name of inderjeet kaur address j-3/130 second floor rajouri garden problem was my refrigerator compressor was tripping after every one hour duration so that day ur company engineer visit at my house rajesh kumar 9213090248 so he came and said to my sister your fridge module was defective and after five minutes he said again relay of ur compressor was also defective and he tell us the amount of relay 1500/-
And module cost 3100/- rs and after few minutes he said compressor was also defective and u have to pay extra charges for compressor also .so that is a whole story know gentle man please tell me a ptc relay it will cost u 1500 and module was 3100 first of all if compressor is tripping after some time is that mean compressor is faulty module is working it giving 220 volt to relay and olp relay work for what , for starting a compressor if compressor is tripping after some time so relay is ok compressor is high amp
Ok and my compressor is in warranty period in that case u have to charge only for gas not for compressor. and relay olp were also replaced with compressor .know come to rates ur company handa service center will charge extra charges from customer the cost of ptc relay of is 100 rs and ur other service center are charging 350 so why handa is charging extra for customer. Know module ur company service centers are charging 750rs for module replacement so why handa is overcharging and why ur company is not interfering if ur company will replace the compressor in warranty so they will charge total 1430rs for customer so is all that is monopoly of ur company to making a fool to ur customers and the satisfaction code given by ur call center to me If I had not given the code to ur engineer so how the call will be closed without talking to me and today when I call at ur call center so ur executive name komal told me handa refrigeration is giving right estimate to me so I told her so please send me written estimate of all this thing so she denies for this and when I told her please give me mr sandeep sadhu no so she told me she don’t know who is sandeep sadhu that time I was surprise even ur department don’t know who is mr sadhu may be ur all department is working for handa refrigeration works. Because at customer end they people are making money only by hook or Crooke and ur department is also supporting them so finally my compressor was defective and ur company give me huge estimate for nothing and I m going to file a case in consumer court on whirlpool of India and handa refrigeration works and also I can show ur company reality to all people or consumer in India through all leading newspaper and media also and trust me I mean it every thing within a week and I can show to world worst class service provider working with thief I don’t know why mr shantany dass gupta ignoring all this thing but at the time of mr b k srivastav , mr raj jain. , mr garrick desilva services was tooo good even they are listening the customer care but today it is a different face of whirlpool very shame full so gentle man good bye we will meet in a court soon than u and ur engineer will prove there what’s a fault there and what is the cost of product . thanks and regards for negilance .:&:D:&:&:&:@:&:&:&
