I had purchased 315 Lit Samsung Fridge from Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar New Delhi on 20th May 2010. The fridge was delived after lot of persuation after 3 days that too at 12:00 o'clock in night. It was discovered that the freezer doors of the fridge had dents. A complaint was registered and no one attened the complaint for 4 days. on 28th May some joker came to attend the complaint and took the photographs of the fridge and told that the door will be replaced. It has been 60 days and umpteen number of calls has been maid to customer care & vijay sales but no one is ready to provide the solution.
