We purcgaged Whirlpool freez on 18/12/2006 from theit authorised dealer in Ahmedabad. Name of dealer is SHAKTI ELECTRONICS. Nr. Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad. Bill No.2620.
This freez got out of order on 14th. may 2010 & we lodged complain with Shakti elec. & they informed to Whirlpool service center. Representative came on 18/05/10 & detected that compressor required to be replaced & cience it falls under warrenty, It will be replaced free of charge. They charger Rs.450/00 for visit. After folloing daily, no one came to do the job I again went to Shakti electronics & they immidietly called W/P service center & ask why the job is not done & they got answer that compressor out of stock as there are many complains of compressor failure !!!! We faught with them as how one house hold can survive without freez in peak summer ?
Again samr technician came on 29/05/10 & says there is no problem of compressor bur it require to replace a part which will cost 950/00 Rs. & we agreed as we wanted our freez to work. The job was done on 30/05/10 & freeze started to work but not in full capacity cooling & on inquiring we were told that since this time the outside temp is high so it hepens.
Now again freez stoped cooling totally on 16/07/10 & we complained next day, Same story of visiting charge & unavailability of technician & all. Today I called not less then 15 times but no responce !!!!! Now it is 19/07/10--05/00pm. So far there is no one even to make visit to our home. What we should do ????
