Customer service at LG is outrageous. We waited 4 days for a mechanic to look at our machine only to be told that the failed part (heating element) was on back order and could take one month to arive by slow boat from Korea. Customer service insisted that the were no replacement parts anywhere in the United States. They said that all parts were shipped as needed and that it was possible that if our part did come in it may have alredy been assigned to another location. In wich case we would have to wait for the next shipment (another month). What kind of bussiness model allows for such terrible customer service?
