I have purchased a fridge of 400 liters in apr’ 2009. Since the last 10 months I have been calling them for repair but was of little help. Despite 2-3 calls every month my request is still open but nobody is able to repair it. The piece is defective! It forms ice near the compressor but not inside! They replaced everything they could numbers of time but still it does not work!!!

It stops functioning properly (it stops cooling) frm jun'2009. since then i am complaining about the product in whirpool customer care ( they snd their engineer on the complaint rectify the same but the problem comes again after 10-15 days.
till mar' 2010 they used to snd their engineer but now after 3- 4 complaints frm mar they are taking no proper step to rectify the same as i hav told them to replace the product if they are not able to rectify the same as 1st year warranty will be ending soon. But i hav 2 year more extended warranty on the product at the time of purchase.

So pl suggest how to go about it. as summers are ahead and the company is showing no responsible step in solving my problem. for ref: here are the complaint nos frm Feb' 2010.
