I am davina kharbanda.We purchased samsung double door fridge on 12 Nov 2009.From day one itself we are facing LOT of problems.I have been calling up the customer care as well my dealer on a regular basis but not getting proper response.After purchasing product from a reputed company and paying the full price as demanded,this is not expected.All are items are getting spoiled.Somertimes the cooling is so much that the whole area is filled with ice and sometimes the cooling is so loo that ice starts getting melted.My complain no is 8412743986 lodged on 24 th dec in the name of Harmeet singh ahuja.Its almost a month now and we have not got the replacement.4 engineers visited our place but none was able to resolve our problem.Please give proper training to your engineers and make them capable to attend problems and resolve them.You people are just busy making new customers and not able to retrain your old customers.
This is very frustating....
Its better not to have a fridge rather than to buy a fridge from a company like yours who is not even bothered about their customers.
