1)From the first day itself AC is not working properly
2)Few times it underwent service but Godrej care is not having any information regarding that.
3)Information such as who has installed the AC for the first time from company side and the date etc missing from the company record
4)Last year 2011 june due to leakage or some tec problem AC was not working so we have complained and got it repaired by godrej technician but now the same problem arises and they have no record regarding that
5)Lucknow customer care people are very unprofessional they are not responding properly and misbehave with the customer care there service no is 05224102580
6)they are very uninformed how can they help there customers
