Service not good since one month onwards iam suffering for compressor still they r not supplying service centre people we will sending technician but nobody is visiting hw to solve this problems.

Note:- sir I want to take you kind attention towards refrigerator’s serial no & packing box’s serial no both are different. The refrigerator’s serial no is 81200220 & packing box serial no is 80500031. Sir there PNC no is also different. The refrigerator’s PNC no is 934000069 & box PNC no is this 934000068.
This refrigerator was gifted to me brought my dear husband for my mentally satisfactions & my medical reports are attached with this application. On 22september2009 by evening 4:30p.m i made the payment Rs22990/- in cash to M/s surindra visions Chandigarh and they issued the bill to us and told within hour they’ll give the supply from their godown. I asked them to please show me my refrigerator. They said their godown is far away from their showroom. Don't worry we'll supply good and very good packed refrigerator to your residence.
By 8o'clock (P.M) they delivered the item at our residence on small tempo or its packing was very poor there was only loose card board just like the cap, no thermacol packing when we asked to delivery boy he said same was delivered by the SURINDRA VISIONS. By 9:30 pm my son told me that there are lots of scratches on both door. By 10pm same night i call to Mr. RATTAN VERMA on his cell number 9915236466 and told him regarding the complaint.
On 23september 2009 upto 12:30pm nobody turn out of company or surindra visions.
1PM my husband telephone to Mr. Rattan verma on his mobile and their mobile was switch off then we try landline no, one person who was on reception he said owner of shop is not on shop that time and he gave me no 9316894262 this fallow told he said he has left Electrolux co. you dial another no. which 9316894266 , on this no. Mr. BATTI attended the number and said you go to service center no surindra visions gives me another no 9316894264 Mr. jaggi. He said that he is not competent person to attend the complaints. You talk to surindra visions. Then again I talk to Mr. BATTI he assured my husband. I m sending a person to verify the scratches but not for replacement or anything else & Mr. Batti told us the complaint no 230909064 dated 23th Sep 2009. By 5pm Mr. sat parkash visit at our residence and show the scratches and said we’ll take need fall action and tomorrow by noon. I will give you to reply first he said we with repair the door, not replacing the refrigerator, both option I refuse because I purchased new fridge not old. On 25th morning again, my husband phone to M/s surindra visions, again Mr. Rattan verma was online. We asked about the owner M/s surindra visions but he said that he is not interested to talk to you, if you want to replace the refrigerator you pay more money and take Hitachi refrigerator regarding this offer. I talk to Mr. BATTI on his cell no cell number again we talk about to change the refrigerator , but he said that you accept the offer of surindra vision to take another company’s refrigerator and pay more to surindra visions. Regarding all the case from dealer and company side there was no any co operation, even have not sent for any demo anybody at my residence.
My wife serious sick, I purchased this item for her satisfaction. Otherwise I am having old refrigerator (310lts). If I have to buy damage item, why should pay full amount.
I talk to Mr. dinesh in Videocon on this no 02431251555 on 25/9/09 3-4 pm , I told all reports to MR. DINESH he assured me very shortly you’ll get call from company person within few minutes . Mr. TAJINDER SEHGAL FROM VIDEOCON AREA INCHARGE talk to us and said I m sending Mr. BATTI or Mr. puneet who are associate with ELECTROLUX LTD for inspection of refrigerator . both came to our home by 5:30pm from 25/9/09 and told me they can paint the refrigerator or change the door or you can take Videocon or kelvinater new refrigerator less or excess price. But we cannot give same new refrigerator or we cannot give money back to you otherwise you can go to court or anywhere where ever you like.
29th sep2009 my husband Manoj sharma visited surendra vision chd by 12.30pm & owner’s son met these and said he will solve the matter but as on today there is no any phone or reply from dealer or company.
Only 12.10.09 from Delhi Electrolux office, Mrs. Tanu called to my husband’s mobile he was at Belgaum. She said that she is looking into the matter you just tell me the matter but till today there is no any reply.
So please Sir, take stricked action initiated against the dealer & Electrolux Company. Because they treated us like a beggar and mentally tourched to my full family. You are requested that I want my money back along with harassment cost upto85, 000.we are not interested to replace the refrigerator with the dealer or company.

I had purchased a Electrolux double door fridge from Fine Collection
showroom, Mumbai on 15th July 2009. Almost immediately I found that it was
not cooling properly, but I thought I would watch for a few days to see
whether it would improve. When the situation did not change and milk and
other perishables continued to spoil, we called up your service centre and
lodged a complaint. The complaint number was given to us is MUM/141/0091720.
We were told that technician will be visiting within 24 hrs. When no one
appeared, I again called your service centre on 16th and was told somebody
would come the next day. Finally on Saturday the 17th one technician came to
inspect the refrigerator. All he did was to note the serial number and tell
me that the control card needed to be replaced and that it would be done by
the company.
However Electrolux Service Centre said that the part was not available and
was only expected in the next week. Finally I contacted the vendor, Fine
collection, and after prolonged discussion was given the cell number of a
Mr. Dinesh, purportedly the in-charge at Electrolux. I spoke to him and I
was assured that the defective fridge would be replaced with a new one. I
was further assured that it would be replaced by Monday i.e. 26/10/2009. On
Monday, however, Mr. Dinesh had a change of mind and he said that he was not
sure whether he would be able to replace the unit. Then in afternoon, a Mr.
Kale called up to say that the proper procedure had not been followed and it
would take some more time i.e. by Thursday or Friday. After much argument,
he gave me the number of his boss, a Mr. Sayed. Mr. Sayed, Mr. Kale, Mr.
Anif and I discussed the matter at length on conference call and Mr. Sayed
assured me that the fridge would be replaced at the earliest.
Today i.e. on 28/10/2009, when I called up to enquire, I was told that they
don’t have the machine in stock and that something would be done on tomorrow
morning.
Considering the way things have gone, I am hundred percent sure, that
tomorrow there will be yet another reason for delay. As on date, I have a
brand new defective fridge which has not been replaced though it is under
Warranty. And Electrolux Company and its Service Centre seems to have
decided to delay the matter till the warranty period expires. It appears
that no one in the company cares about the interests of the customer and all
the tall claims that are made in your various ads are just some hot air and
little else.
The response from the Dealer Service representatives has been extremely
disappointing and it has shattered all my confidence in the Company's
products. I feel it is my responsibility to bring the issue to the notice of
highest possible authority of the Company and give you the opportunity to
address it, failing which I shall be left with no alternatively to approach
the Consumer Courts for redress.
You are requested to kindly sort out the matter and replace the defective
refrigerator immediately.
