Dear Sir

I had purchased one Kelvinator Refrigerator on dated 23/06/08 from Prashant
Electronics We are facing problem in this Refrigerator since starting. Gas
leakage. On dated 13/06/09 Kelvinator Engineer attend this complaint he resolved
this complaint & we paid 950/- to him. After Three months we are facing this problem
again. We called him again & he his demanding again same Amount. Kindly suggest me
what should I do. & Do the needful as soon as possible.

I very dissatisfy with this product & your service also I am requesting you kindly
do the needful as soon as possible. Otherwise I will go to Consumer forum.
