    Default Complain against CROMA - Infinity Retail Ltd., R City, Ghatkopar, Mumbai

    Yesterday I had purchased a Panasonic refrigerator model no. NRB303M under the name of radha devi Dargar Invoice no. SLF02A035020070484 dt. 22/8/12 from Infinity Retail Ltd. trading as CROMA, R City Mall,Ghatkopar (w).
    I was given a commitment for delivery of the above said Freeze on 23/8/12, between 12PM-5PM.Its also mentioned in there Invoice. After calling there dispatch department 4 times no proper response was given..they just told it will be delivered…The time right now is 6:10 PM
    I had purchased the Freeze by paying Rs. 1000/- more because they were offering ready delivery..whereas Vijay Sales told for 3 days delivery…
    After paying more still no response from the company..MoreoverI was waiting the whole day at my house for the delivery..Isnt our time precious…
    I want a compensation for such an act…
