I have purchased refrigerator of samsung make from the Croma, malad (W), Mumbai. Now their is a problem in the refrigerator i complaint to service center. The service engineer check the same and told he will be back after getting the part which is to be replaced. But after the several complaint to the samsung customer care. They not even proper answering the call. Every Time different different tecnichian come with different different solutions for the same problem, but no one is able to solve the problem.

I am facing problems in my daily life. My Perishable products like milk, vegetables, fruits can not be usable. Whats the benefit of buying a new product.

Please also provide me consumer forum near by malad so i can make application for the same.

This is hitesh vyas as i am kotak mahindra bank customer last month Jan 18th 2011, where i have withdrawn from punjab national bank amount of 5000/- where i have received only 4100/- the due is 900/- which was not credited, on same day i spoke to pnb regarding this they told me to make complaint in kotak bank, where they gave me me complaint no:- 1_B77579101 which they told that it will get solved in 10-12 working days. But after 12 days they issued me another complaint no:-1_954847975 which was logged on 07/02/2011 again after 12 days they told that pnb has told that transcation was complete there was no wrong wrong transtion was made on that day so due to this we cannot debited the amout to your concern coustmer as my bank said you speak to pnb they will solve your query. On 14/02/2011 called up to pnb customer care they are telling to speak to your concern that is kotak mahindra bank so we cannot helpyou ib this matter. so on the next few day the security guard said to me that machine was repaired due that problem but the coustomer care person were not able to understand my problem. So pls help me in this issue to debit my money to my account.

My self K.Shripal Jain, I am living in trinagar (New Delhi) . I want to do a complain against Reliance communication . I faced many problem with this reliance connection but the main two problem which I faced is that two incidents happened with me & the first one they autorenewed my message pack which according to the norms and rules stated in the website and on customer care and pamphlets in not right like I got a msg pack of 58rs for 30 days validity and its not autorenewable according to their information on website, brouchers, customer care …… but what they did is they autorenewed that msg pack after 30 days and deduct 58rs from my prepaid account without any prior messages or information that your msg pack is going to be autorenewed…….
2nd thing happen with me is that they gave me a 10 days missed call alert package free and in that message they also wrote to unsubscribe they send me the code which is “unsubmca 10” to 51234 (toll free) and its writtern their that its a toll free no. (51234) when I send msg for deactivation they deduct 25 rs from my account and when I spoke to them regarding refund they put my call on hold for around 60 – 70 minutes and after that they are saying that we cant refund and they also refused to launch my complain in their department .
I am very angry as well as sad because of all this which this RCom is doing with the customers .
Its my kind request to you to please look into this matter and solve this.

I gave the phone for repair and after 20 days the same issue occur and I been to the shop and he was not at all helpful he told me that he changed one of the part of the phone.
