LG Customer Service is very poor and technicians are very arrogant and rude I lodged a complaint on 16th June 2012 - number RNA120617093931 that my fridge is not working . On next day evening LG technician came to our house and told me the freezer compartment needs to be replaced and technician will do it tomorrow. Since last two days they are giving me false promises that someone will come and repair and nobody came .Everytime I call them they say tomorrow we will do it at so and so time but no body comes .
For last two days I had leave my office work and wait for your technician to come .
Today your technician behaved in a very rude manner by saying he is not having time to come to my residence. His mobile number is 9953657123 , I was not expecting such an attitude from a company like LG .

Fully Agree with you regarding LG Customer Service.
I fully recommend people to not to buy any products from LG.
I filed my complaint on 17th June with number RNA120617083714. After registering my complaint, the call center executive told me that someone will contact me within 24 hours. No-one called me till the end of next day. I called them up again complaining so the guy on the other end said he will put an urgent reminder urging someone to come to service my request.
Later, someone called me on 19th June, Saying that he will come tomorrow morning. I waited for him till 12 noon at my home and then he called me, can I come now. I asked him I already waited for you so better come at 5:00PM. After reminding him again finally he came at 5:00PM to tell me that someone will come to replace my compressor. And when i tried to call him back no response and he said he has closed the complaint from his end and forwarded to technician to come and replace.
And I am still waiting on and on.

LG Customer Service is better I too have faced a few delays in the service engineer from LG not reaching on time for the demo of my new Wonder door Refrigerator. But it did not go unnoticed as the Customer Care diligently called me up and apologized for it and the problem got addressed the very next day. I don't think raising a Consumer Court complaint after a couple of days of delay is the right way. Rather speak sternly with the Service center Manager and get the demo/repairs done.

You are the worst in providing service to customer. I have already faced it 4 times in last 1 and a half year.
You guys are least concerned about customer`s issues. I don`t know why have you opened this centralized call center when you don`t have any control over your service centres. Right now also I am waiting for someone from LG to listen to me regarding complaint no RNA120904051574 from past 10 days even after repeated mails and phones.
Whenever i call your customer care for an action on this complaint they just ask me to contact the service center. My question is why should i keep following up with your technicians when you are least bothered.

Don`t ever go for LG products. Worst service Hi,
I have constantly faced service related issues since the day i bought LG refrigerator on 16th Mar 2011:
1) When the refrigerator was delivered it was defected and it took these guys around 2 weeks to replace it after numerous calls and escalations.
2) Gas was leaked from the refrigerator and again i had to escalate such a small issue to get it repaired. This has happened 2 times since 16th Mar 2012
3) Now since they have over filled the gas it is again creating the problem and I am waiting for the resolution from past 10 days but i didn't got any response.
don`t know how can such companies survive in market.

TO REPAIR MY FRONT LOADED WAHSING MACHINE WD85295NP. IT IS SUSPECTED BY THE MECHANIC PROBLEM WITH PCB.
TILL NOW HE DID NOT REPLACE THE SAME, MAKING FALSE PROMISES. EVEN THE AREA MANGER COULD NOT DO ANY THING IN THIS REAGARD.
AFTER HOW MANY MONTHS THE PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED ?????????????????????????????????????????????

poor service of LGe I have got agitated about complaining to some body, after no response, despite multiple complaints.

However, i am happy, after seeing this web site, realising the capacity of LG and now i grade LG at their appropriate level.
