    Default Complaint on Ansh Electronics/Excellent Service Center, Kotla Mubarakpur

    I have given a request on AskLaila.com regarding my LG Double door fridge repairs (ICE NOT FREEZING) on 18th June 2012, Monday.

    Note: Our fridge was fully working in good condition only ice was not freezing.

    I have got a call from AskLaila for verification and than they have forwarded the contact details of Ansh Electronics, Kotla Mubarakpur , mobile number of 9654718795 and subsequently got a call from Pankaj from same mobile 9654718795 to send the engineering by same day evening.

    Same day around 8.30pm two engineers (One Mr. Vikas, mobile number -8447101736) came for fridge repairs and mentioning that they are authorised dealer of LG Electronics with LG Bags.

    They have told to refill the gas and to change the automatic defrost switch as mentioned in the bill no- 036, dated 18th June 2012 and confirm that now Ice freezer will work. They have charge Rs.2200/- for these two works.

    Next day morning on 19th June 2012 we checked our fridge and saw our fridge is stop working (No colling or not ice freezing) and our all frozen food materials got rotten.

    Yesterday entire day from 7am to 9pm they (Pankaj and Vikas) have promised to send the engineer but late evening 9pm Vikas called up and said to refund our money by next day morning by 9.00am.

    But again they did not come by 9.00am so we have called up Vikas then Vikas has requested to give our bank account number so that he will transfer the money online as he is not able to come. Now both Vikas and Pankaj are not responding to our call.

    A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM ANSH ELECTRONICS/EXCELLENT SERVICES, KOTLA MUBARAKPUR.

    Default Complaint against Excellent Service Center, Kotla Mubarakpur delhi

    Our Fridge stopped working on date 17 June 2012 and then I got mobile number (9654718795) of Rajeev (excellent service Executive) on internet and We called him on date 18 June 2012 and he sent his engineer (engineer mob number 9616973032 ) on same day in the evening , this engineer taken away our fridger and next day two engineer named Om Prakash ( 9136507534) and Shiv (8743988823 ) came back and installed the new fridger in our fridge and also filled the Gas . for this they charged 2000/- ( 750 for Gas filling ,750 for fridger ,250 for filter and 250 Service charge ). Once they went after performing his task, after 1 hour our fridge stopped working again, no cooling, no ice formation . Then We called on number 8447101736 , this guy told his name Sanjeev , Sanjeev told that tomorrow morning our engineer will come and check it again.
    Next day morning same two engineer OmPrakash and Shiv came , These guys were not efficient in their work and not able to identify the problem for a long time and then they again filled the gas with replacing the existing relays in our fridge and at that time our fridge started working and they also told about some AMC for 3500 /- and we agreed on this and paid the amount .
    In the evening our fridge again stopped workingo and after that we called these guys for next 2-3 days upto to 24 June so many times , then they asked us to refund the money , but they didn't return any money and no body came to see our problems . Finally they stopped responding our calls.
    One of guy (mob no 9616973032 ) form Excellent Service told that they have one office in Sector 22 gurgaon , but we didn't find any office there , while searching this office we reached to one Excellent service office near Sheetla Mata Temple Gurgaon (date 23 June around 9:00 PM ) then one GentleMan at this office told that Excellent sercice for which we are taking doesn't belong to his Service.
    After all this above drama we called one of our known Fridge Mechanic , He told us that our fridger’s Compresser has also stopped working and then we this Mechanic changed our compressor also and we had to pay 4000 /- for this again.

    Because of this culprit Excellent Service We faced a lot of problem mentally and financially.
    We are expecting justice from Consumer Court for the fraud that happened with us.
    Please help us.

    Facing one of the worst HARRASEMENT AND NIGHTMARE in the hands of the 2 agencies ...EXCELLENT SERVICES & ASKLAILA which is promoting the excellent services. Through ASKLAILA, got the details of EXCELLENT SERVICES. Got a call from 9654718795 Mr. Sanjeev stating that they are available for doing the fridge repair work at my place. Gave the complaint reference number as : Gna 03189. 2 People : Mr. OM (9136507534) and Mr. Shiv came to my residence at 7.30 pm on Saturday, 30th June. Saw the fridge, did this & that and said there are 2 issues : GAS & RELAY or OVERLOAD needs to be replaced. I agreed. Amount Rs 1250 + Rs 520 + Rs 250 = Rs 2020. Went back at 8.45 pm. PAID CASH. RECEIPT NO ; 403 with 1 YEAR WARRANTY mentioned. Morning Sunday, 1st July.. ISSUE STAYS...COOLING NOT HAPPENING STILL. Called up Mr. OM (9136507534) at 8.18 am..said will come ....called againt at 12.45pm ...said will come.....called at 3.30 pm to Mr. Sanjeev (9654718795), said that SUNDAY, boys are busy with clients, so surely he will send a person on Monday, 2nd JULY after 6 pm. I adjusted and cooperated. Reached home on monday fter office at 5.30 pm. Called Mr. Sanjeev (9654718795) and said i am at home, please send. Its now Tuesday, 10.52 am..NO ONE HAS COME and I HAVE BEEN CALLING & SENDING SMS to these people at all the above numbers NO RESPONSE....THEY ARE INDEED THE WORST PEOPLE TO GET THE SERVICE FROM ... A BUNCH OF THUGS and CHORS ...SO ADVISING YOU ALL NOT TO CONTACT THEM AT ALL.

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to inform you that I had given a request to As.Laila.com regarding My Fridge Repair on 30.06.12. I have got a verification call from Ask Laila and they forward the complain to Excellent Services Kotla Mubarak Pur.
    In the evening 2 engineer has came to my house from Excellent Services One of them was Mr Vikas Mobile No.8447101736.
    They told me to change deep Fridge box and refilling the gas.
    They told me to take a AMC for 5 Years for renewal all parts including compressor. As per their commitment , I have paid
    Rs.3260/= vide their receipt no. 332 Dated:30.06.12.

    They told me that they will come next day for repairing the fridge.But sorry to inform you that due to our repeated requests no body has come till today (05.07.12)

    Every time they told us that engineer will reach within one or two hour.Now, Mobile No. 8447101736 of Mr Vikas is switched off.Mr Rohit/ Pankaj Mobile No.9654718795 always told us that engineer will reach with in one hour.
    At Last I request you to please look into the matter , because of this un professional behaviour from Ansh Electronics / Excellent Services Kotla Mubarak Pur, I faced a lot of problem mentally and financially I am expecting justice from consumer court for the fraud that happend with me.

    I take my complaint back as i have been REFUNDED my AMOUNT of Rs 2200/- after hell lot of follow-ups yesterday.
