    Default Tyre Problem In Tata Indica

    I have contacted there dealers and evn send a fax and courier a copy to gurgaon office but not even get addressed.
    The copy is attached with all the problems but till date no problem solved

    Subject: Complain about the Tata Indica Vehicle(DL4CAL0449)
    Dear Sir,
    With reference to above Subject, we would like to mention here that we have purchased an Indica Vehicle from HIM Motors, Peeragarhi, Delhi on dated 03/09/2008 having chassis no. 600149GRZP95982.
    Till date all the services of the vehicles were carried out on Authorized service station of TATA MOTORS only. On our visit to your Service station named A-one Motors Pvt. Ltd. regarding the complain of vibration in steering at approx 22500 kms. The Supervisor named Firoz told us that this problem is due to ignoring and running the vehicle in spite of its tyre are puncture(Point to be note how far a car can run in puncture). When we have said the same thing to him and also mention him that there is no puncture like this happen anytime where a car run for more than a minutes then he told that this is due to tyre manufacturing fault and issued a letter to Goodyear and told to visit them with the complain.
    Then when we visited the Goodyear dealer they after inspecting the vehicle told that there service engineer will visit our premises for the same but according to their knowledge and visibility it’s not tyre problem and its mechanical problem might be alignment problem. After hearing from them, we visited next day to the same guy Firoz and told what happened yesterday at Goodyear, he told that yah it can be Alignment problem so you visit the dealer from whom you have done Alignment last time as he can only replace the tyres. We then told him that the dealer named SIYARAM on G.T. Karnal Road near Nanak Gurudwara had done the Alignment and it is now closed, so he said that then we can’t entertain this claim.
    Then we had contacted your toll-free number regarding the same case and our corresponding during the day was happened with the persons whom name I don’t know at present having complain no. 1-7255194185 given to us.
    Then Goodyear Engineer visited our premises on 29/08/09 and given us a copy of his report where he has mention that this is heal and toe wear which cannot be due to tyre manufacturing problem or alignment problem, he said that it may be due to mechanical or precisely a shocker problem.
    On same day we have again contacted on toll free number and some Miss Aarti has given us the new complain no with the assurance that someone will call you in a day or two. The complain no given to us this time is 1-7392744901.
    Then we got a call from A-one Motors (Mr. Sher Singh) that bring your vehicle to us and when we told them that you know the vehicle status then he replied that bring the vehicle we want to inspect it again. Here we want to tell you that the approx distance from our premises to the service station is more than 80 kms.
    After his request we bring the vehicle to the workshop of A-one motors on dated 7/9/09 and when we visited Mr. Sher Singh, he told that Mr Firoz is not in office today so bring the vehicle tomorrow. Upon our request to make job card and take the vehicle in your custody, we will come back tomorrow as our distance is long from your premises, he refused to take the vehicle inside and told us we don’t have space and your vehicle will get damage. We again complain the same to toll free no and again Mr. Nasser this time on call has given us a new complain no. 1-7462255401.
    Now today (8/9/09) we have visited the A-one Motors again with the vehicle and surprisingly Mr. Firoz has done the Alignment and told to take away the vehicle. (Why to waste our time and Diesel for alignment, which can be done yesterday also). When we ask about the tyre, he again sing same old song to visit the dealer with whom you had done alignment previously.
    After wasting so much time and Diesel, we have learnt that we have done a big mistake by purchasing a TATA Vehicle and have to knock the door of Consumer Court for the problems and torture by the hands of your dealers.

    Default New TATA Indica DLE again again problem

    Dear sir
    My name is adhi from chennai
    i was buy one new tata indica dle car in nov-2009 at tafe reach chennai
    i have faced lot of problems in that car
    1.Engine oil leakage - gasket changed
    2.Steering vary tight - still now spares not avaible
    3.Runing in above 80kmph - Engine sudden off
    4.More noise in engine -
    The above problems all checking 3 tata service centres in chennai
    They are not response my car problem
    one of the service centre told - this kind of problem happening is normal,so only we are give warranty
    after that i asked to service centre : now my car is warranty period so you was repair and corrected
    after that what i will do, service centre said - you only change spares by your own money
    i don`t know tata motors quality
    if i know previsoly - deffentily i don`t buy tata car
