I bought a new car nov 2011 from Narayan Ford Lucknow. Its Figo i was really confident on this car performance but Ford has let me down , they have provided me the car which has manufacture fault of transmission oil leakge. This is really painful. I have invested more than 5.5 lacs on a car and still i am not able to get a perfect car, i want a new car. They did not chnage car instead they opened the engine of my new car and implemented the near gear box. Now the car is not running smooth . Its running like a tractor . I have taken this car on loan and i have invested my whole life saving on it . Please resolve this issue so that no other customer will face the same grievance again.
