I have to complain for airbags having manufacruring defect in honda jazz car.That is a big shame of such a reputated and a big company which is Honda cars.i have own a honda jazz just because i have listen that Honda is 1 of the reputated company which is good and in better services.recently i met with an accident from my Honda jazz.as per as RTO rules i was wearing a seat belts.when my car crashed both of my airbags opened but the big thing is they didnt blow,through which i got injured.i have complained to toll free number of honda company about this matter about 4 to 5 times but they only assured me that we will take any action and will give u a response.but today here is 8days gone but they didnt gave me any response.i dont know why they are neglecting if the company is so reputated..i just want to request the honda company to take a action and give me a response.its a very big thing for all who are using Honda cars,it was my good luck that i just got an injury but nothing major but i want to complain because i dont want the same thing happen with other Honda custumors what happened to me...So please kindly help me and send my request to Honda cars and give me a feedback or else i have to go further with more legally.
