Hi I sold my old car (maruti 800) to a second hand car dealer- MOTOR MAN (A Real Motorman Pvt Ltd Group). Its been more than 9 months since they took the car and till date (inspite of several follow ups) they have not given me any documents which demonstrate chnage of ownership of car to them or to any other individual. My concern is that if the car is being misused and I continue to be the owner as per the Government Records, in case of any future liability I will be dragged into it. The company has shown complete lack of professionalism and whenever you speak to them all you get is an excuse or lie. I will be grateful if anybody can give any suggestions of how to take action against them. Yours truly Arpan
