I have purchased a True Value Car (Alto LXI 2008 Make) Reg. no. WB 20Z 8110 from True Value Dealer "Auto Hitech Pvt. Ltd - Kolkata". this is very unfortunate that the Sales Executive Mr Khitin Mukherjee , who closed the deal did not at all made the Insurance Policy of the Car although i have paid Rs. 5000 for car insurance. at the time of delivery they gave a Photocopy of filledup proposal form of bajaj allianze GIC. and told me that this was the policy document. as a layman i believed the same . now on 2nd of january my car had an accident due to failure of breaking system and got Sevier damage. when i went for insuranc claim i found that bajaj allianze document was false, no insurance atall have been done for my car. and they advised me to get the repairing done from my own expense and then they will make the insurance policy. total repairing expense have gone beyond 60000 till now from my pocket. i need justice for this kind of misconduct and irresponsible activity and need complete compensation of my loss.
