I have Purchased your INDIGO XL Grand DICOR on 9/7/2007 right from the first month we have faced problems in this particular model. Till date we have spent about Rs2.00 Lacs after warranty besides your company beared approx Rs4.00 lacs for repairs under warranty of 3 years, it means more than 60% has been spent on repairs. Your dealer Chambal Motors in Kota always demand heavy charges for repairs, recently in Oct-2011 Gear Box was changed & now in Dec-2011 they have again asked about Rs24000/- for repairs and our car is still lying at your dealers workshop.
We may point out you that even your heavy vehicles do not ask this much maintenance charges in just 4.6 years, whereas our is passenger car. If we have to spend such a hefty amount in your car it is worthless buying your TATA cars and we will ensure that atleast in Kota with our near & dear ones that they should never buy a TATA car & even putting our case on Internet, media so that it can be read by every one and it will be eye opener for new would be customers.
We have even contacted your Kota & Jaipur main office but they have never paid any attention on our complaints made earlier.
It seems that his model has manufacturing defect since start and your Kota Dealer failed to remove the defect even in warranty period as we gave complaints many times in warranty period. The complaints were attended and faults were rectified and our car use to run smoothly for few days or 1-2 month only than again new complaint was ready. Hence we request you to kindly look into this matter seriously otherwise we will be forced to take action against your company as well as your dealer. We want that our car should be replaced with new car so that problems & difficulty and mental torture we face on road shall come to an end forever.
It will not be out of point to mention herewith that in August 2007 & July 2010 we wrote a letter of complaints to your Chairman and even that time proper attention was not paid by your Jaipur/ Kota staff.
Hence now we have lost our patience and it is the final letter to you and afterward we will see what best we can do for your brand image, however we are confident that yours is a very big company & will safe guard your image & goodwill by taking a suitable and appropriate action.
