My car met an accident in august 2011, it is a taxi and then i sent it to TATA Fairdeal Motors in Srinagar on 6 August 2011t. till date it is not repaired and they say tata doesn't have A/c Condenser and Coolant pipes and Dashboard for my TATA Indica DL 2008 Model . Has tata stopped manufacturing parts for it? They didnt even give me the right bumper as they said i have to wait 1 month more for the right bumper and the dashboard is still not fitted and they give the same reason for the delay since august 2011 that the spares are not available with TATA motors. They had even stolen my battery and were telling me that when the car came the battery was not fitted, when i said i will file a case they called me when i left the workshop and said they found it and it was lying near my car in the workshop. The managers are not helping me. and everyone is blaming the other there. they treat the clients like slaves and servants.. most of their clients are taxi drivers who are illiterate and dont know what to do, i have seen people there shouting and sad just because of the delay, mostly taxi drivers who's livelihood is on the taxi and they are stuck there for months together.. unfortunately they are illiterate and they dont know what consumer court is and what they have to do.please help me as im suffering a huge loss because of this and im in distress.
