I had conducted repair of my vehicle bearing Reg No: KL07 AV 2659(Maruti Wagon R at Sai Service Station Poothole, Thrissur on July 3rd week, and engine works were done, also some more parts were replaced.The bill amounts come to Rs 35000/-.After repair, the vehicle handed over to me on 31st July 2011.But 28.11.2011 the vehicle was broke down in the middle of the road while I am going with my family.As I had to move the car from the middle of the road to nearest workshop I called a local mechanic.The mechanic on inspection of the vehicle and told me that the same parts which already replaced again damaged, and moved the vehicle to the nearest workshop.I then contacted the same old Maruti Dealer sai service station ltd thrissur(Mr.Jenil-Service Consultant, mob:9645106210), who had repaired the vehicle.But now they are refused to repair the vehicle when speaking to the manager Mr Shylesh.The local mechanic give an estimation of Rs 10000/- to repair the Vehicle. Hence I request you to take the matter on top priority considering the fact that, only 3.5 months was over after the Engine service.
