I am a owner of TATA Indigo CS (eLX) model with reg no. MH.01.AR.9870.
Purchase date : 09/09/2010

I want a replacement for this car as soon as possible. I have faced many issues since I have purchased this car for e.g Central Locking problem , every time indication of Check Engine light and problem in Water Pump of the car.etc

But the most fatal problem i faced today is that automatically the speed increase of the car while i was driving at normal 50 kmph speed. I took my foot out of accelerator pad but after that also the speed was automatically increasing for 5 to 10 sec and after that it came to its normal.

Its because of fault in engine. Check Engine indication is always on in the car for which 4 times i have given the car at service centre. But every time what the people do I don't know , they keep the car for three to four days with them and deliver it saying that every thing is fine now,but within one week the same problem comes again of check engine indication.

Few days back I was on a long journey towards Nasik, and suddenly the car water pump stop working for which the temperature of the car rise suddenly. for three hrs i was contacting on the helpline number but there wasn't any assistance. In result I have to leave the car on highway.
Same goes with the central locking .There is problem in central locking system from the day of delivery till now.
This is totally manufacturing fault from TATA MOTORS.
I want to sue TATA Motors on this. My car is still under warranty but what once the warranty gets expire.
The whole TATA motors group are just trying to delay the matter till the warranty gets expire.

As my car is under loan by TATA AIG group, I have decided to stop the further payment by giving stop payment advice in my bank.

So I request you to please look into the matter.
