I BOUGHT A VENTO DIESEL HIGHLINE TOP END MODEL WITH REGISTRATION HR26 BL 8678. WITHIN 2 MONTHS AND 6000 KMS OF USAGE, THE CAR BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE GARAGE. THE GARAGE TELLS ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE APPROX Rs 35,000 TO REPAIR AND THAT THE FLYWHEEL AND CLUTHPLATE ARE DAMAGED. THIS CAR IS OWNER DRIVEN AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON OF SUCH A FAILURE.
THE ATTITUDE OF THE SERVICE CENTRE "FRONTIER AUTOWORLD" WAS CARELESS AND IT WILL TAKE A WEEK TO GET BACK BY CAR INDICATIVELY. THIS CAR IS DEFECTIVE AND I THINK THAT I DID A WRONG DECISION BY BUYING A VOLKSWAGEN. NEED RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY AND AN ASSURANCE TO RESOLVE OR REPLACE THIS FAULTY CAR. regards,
