Dear Sir,
I had Purchase new VolksWagan Polo Car, and when I was cleaning my car from inside 3 of AC wind broke and I had given my car for servicing and at that time I have mention regarding same, and supervisor promised me he will replace and he has taken photos also, and he told me to write Volkswagan also, and I had send a mail, on 3 march 2011,
Then I have received a mail from Volk Wagan here I am attaching you all mail copy, I have also called them many times, only I use to get, promised that they will resolve my problem, also I would like mention that when I went to get my car from service I found one more AC wind was broken I shown to supervisor he told me that he has made the complaint and he will replace all four in one time waiting reply from Volkswagan,
Now I have received a mail after almost 9 month that they are not giving warranty on plastic material.
Please help me to sue them.

You have send me a mail regarding my concern of AC Blower problem that the Shaman Motors will contact me, I regret to inform you that I visited there workshop and they told me they don't have any intimation regarding my car from Wolkvagan again they created my Job Card And told me they r going to inform me, I called several times same answer I have not received. Anything from Wolkvagon tell me what to do.

See I am not complaining regarding broken items, I have complain regarding inferior quality plastic use for making AC air wind director, byVolkswagen, second thing I had complain in the month of march 2011, and after one year u realised to write me. Thank you for writing me, see I am not owning car first time i have never face problem like i am facing after owning of Volks Wagan, second thing one of is broken AC wind director was broken at your showroom when I have given for servicing during cleaning and you superior had excepted that time and he promised me that he will try to replace it. I am not stupid will brock all 4 at the time.
Madam you should tell the company to resolve my problem otherwise I will go to consumer court.
