Dear Sir,

I have purchase a WAGON R , model LXI Duo, Year 2008 from DD Motors.
The vehicle is covered under an extended warranty scheme.
The car has always been serviced at DD motors.
Recently the car was given for servicing and would not start, when i went to collect the car after the servicing.
The performance of the car deteriorated when run on Petrol and i went to DD Motors to have the same rectified.
On the 12th November I gave the car for rectification and was informed on the 14th November, that one of the Petrol Injector of the car had failed.Subsequently they changed their report and said that all 4 of the injectors had failed.
I duly informed them that the Car was under warranty and the Injectors should be replaced free of cost.
DD Motors agreed to the same and promised to change the Injectors subsequently.
However later they informed that the Injectors were not covered by the warranty and that these would have to be paid off.The billed me for Rs 6700 appx for the same.
I visited to collect the car on the 19th November and I tried to argue that since the car was under warranty, they should not be charging anything.

However the DD Motor staff ( Mr. Vikas Gupta and his supervisors) did not agree , however they offered to share the cost of the injectors and offered that they would charge Rs 3,000 from me instead of Rs 6000 as billed.

I have however refused, and have thus approached the Honorable court for justice.

Yours Respectfully,

Jogesh Narula
