Dear Sir,

I,Mr.Om Prakash Gupta purchesd a New tata indigo CS Bs-4 ELx model in September 5 ,2011 from Society Motors limited GT Road Kanpur but i am facing the problem with clutch plate within 2 month my vehicle clutch plate was failed two times in midway.first time that i submitted my car in service center(15-10-2011 sunday)r where i was purchased after that they had changed clutch plate and handover to me.
but after one month the same problem occurred and again i have submitted the my car again they told me clutch Plate has been failed and clutch plate will be change cost of 5000 Rs.so you will be pay 5000 rs ......but i don't know why they want money for my clutch plate changed in the warranty period.

After that a discussion with management of service center(L D Singh) ......they were Diogenes the car fault why this was happened again with in one moth and they are agreed with manufacturing defect but they are not doing any thing for my for my car which will not happened in future.

As off now they are not doing any thing new for further action for rectification and they told me they are not answerble for anything and lu can loge to complaints to customer care,

I have loge the complaint to customer care and nO is:1-14404481778.

Last 3 days my car is in service center(Society Motor GT kanpur).

Also i am demanding new car with replacement of my car because i am fed up with my new car and dealer beahavior......other wise they get back my money.
