Hi,
This Email is in reference to booking of Tata Nano car. I had applied in the year 2009 for the same and was informed that first 100 entries would get the same at discounted rate. But due to your some internal miscommunication(from TATA) it had not yet been approved or delivered. I had made the Demand Draft in favour of Tata Motors Limted on 15/04/2009, drawn on State Bank of India for the amount of Rs. 95,000/-.

Since then it had been almost 2 years. I received my refund of Rs 95000/- in the 1st week of February 2011 after the repeated reminder on emails and verbal communications. I had also asked for the interest to be paid on my deposit amount since it was unfairly kept by TATA Motors for almost 2 years without any intimation.

Kindly look into the matter, since my money had been locked for 2 years without any reasons. I need to consider it for Consumer Forum.
