Hi

I had bought a New tata Vehicle and had taken it for the first time.

For my Surplice the Front Bonnet opened Automatically and Hit the Hit the
Front Glass. Luckily nobody in the Vehicle got hurt.

I asked Tata’s to Verify and the answer was the lock is Proper and the
Bonnet was left Open before Driving.
This was a newly purchased car and the Bonnet had the Ribbon which is
provided during the initial purchase. Just not even 10 days old.

The ribbon Suggests that the Bonnet was never openend.

Please suggest me on what i should do.

A New Vehicle and such a response from Tata’s ie really dissapointing.
