Wagon R Car Regn.No.DL9CB9693 Just about 3 months Back I had bought Maruti's True Value Wagon-R DL 1)Gear Box acute problems I have been facing during each drive, I had to get NEW BATTERY TO RUN THE Car & had to c ough-out Rs.2400/-, All tubes had Punctures so new tubes had to be replaced, each tube costing me Rs.250/-, DOORS are rusting,

    Default Maruti My Car

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a Maruti Alto from Maruti My Car, Wakad, Pune in the last
    week of June 2009.

    My name as stated in copy of Passport submitted to Maruti My Car is : Parag
    Chandragupta Prasad. This name has been correctly reproduced in the insurance
    certificate that was issued from Maruti to me, as well as in the payment receipts.

    However, I have now received a call from Maruti My Car saying that the name has not
    been correctly written in the RC book. The name in the RC book includes an extra
    "k" which Maruti My Car is now insisting be accepted by me because my father's name
    begins with a K !!!!

    This is highly irregular and I am being put to considerable distress on account of
    Maruti My Car.

    I request you to kindly pay attention to this harassment that I as a consumer am
    being made to suffer, and help me obtain an RC book with the correct name in it. I
    do not want any extra papers that explain a 'correction' in the name but want the
    original RC book to correctly reflect the name of the owner.

    Dear sir / Madam,

    I am one of the oldest Maruti User, I used Maruti 800 follwed by Wagon R Vxi. This time I had purchased True Value SX4 Zxi from Autovita Kandivali Parekh Nagar Branch on 24th March 10 was become Biggest Mistake of my Life and found my below complain had not been attended.

    As per my knowlede the main diffrance between IInd Hand car and true Value is that True Value car is almost New. but I feel sorry to mention that The day I had received car the List of pending work are as below :

    The Car is having strating problem from first 10 days
    one of the tyre is physically toned
    3 nos of Valve in tyre are bad.
    WheelAlignment was not up to the mark
    Nut in tyre had huge RUST, on opening the same it broked
    over all performance was Worst.

    on complain the same i have been treated as if the BIG Favour they are doing on me. and trying to absconding from problem. I drive car almost last 8 years and Droven more than 1 lac KMS, where i was been told Do and Donts as the same car is my First Car and I do not know ABC of the same.

    I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED my Compain no. is 4147935461. my request to you to take back the same and get me NEW Dsire / Wagon R, I am ready to pay the Diffrance.

    Default complaint against Maruti True Value Jaipur (Vipul Motors)

    Car A/C not working
    Problem with the Car AC

    I bought October 2001 Maruti 800 model from Maruti True Value showroom (Vipul Motors) at Tonk Road, Jaipur in October 2009. (RJ 14 6C 2047)

    Before we made the purchase the sales agents of Vipul Motors kept on pressing the point that since this is a True Value product they conduct 120 checks on the car and there's absolutely nothing to worry.

    After the purchase the very first day we had problems with the car A/c and its both front doors and for which I have complaint them many times even during my first service in December I told them to check AC but that was still not working and now they are saying that A/c maintenance is not included in the warranty.

    When i Spoke with Mr Col. KYS Bairaria GM Vipul Motors and ask him to provide me the complaint book he refused to do so, i'm not sure whether the dealers have it or not.

    My question is if you are not able to conduct basic checks such as car A/c, car doors we certainly dont trust you on any other issue.
    We went by the name Maruti, but the service is disgusting!!!

    Default sell me jam engine ca.

    Resp. Sir,
    I am Nidhish Verma purchased a swift vxi 2005 model from tanya true value, nauchandi ground, meerut. by the cost of 230000/-.When i go for test drive i listen a sound the told me that sound come from silencer and they put new and told me that is the new silencer sound then i purchased at Maruti True value trust but there was no improvement in sound i told him then they put my car 3 days but sound was continue so i checked my car other authorized dealer that is unique service center then his service supervisor told me that the sound from engine and the car putting engine oil and the engine will over wholing again with new ring and piston so i go back to tanya but he again told me that there is not any problem in engine so i request to get beck the car than after continues req. they take back with Rs. 210000/- So this is my req. that that i was cheated with rs. 20000/ by the trust of Maruti True value. i just want to inform u that your i bear loss of amount 20000/-

    Wink complaint of vitesse true value car

    I had purchased maruti 800dx model 2003 from vitesse true value on dec 2010 First thing maruti true value cars are not that much condition as they says.they are cheating us. & they sells the cars quite costly then the market price.
    Second thing they says that company will give the service warranty but they are not giving proper service also.
    If there is any defect these people do the work done by local mechanics.
    I am suggesting to the maruti company that u people give the service.

    I am SAMEER KHANDELWAL purchased a TATA INDIGO model from TATA INDIGO SHWROOM , KAMAL & COMPANY true value, JAIPUR RAJASTHAN. by the cost of 250000/-.

    Default Manipulation in meter reading during sells

    Dear Sir,
    I am working in Narmada malwa gramin bank as a manager, I had purchased the vehicle on 11-09-11, when vehicle was taken for servicing to authorised workshop in free service camp at khargone on 18-10-11, I find huge difference in the meter reading, the vehicle was already previously serviced on 66000 & 72000 Kms & Rukmani motors had sold the vehicle to me doing fraudulent manipulation in meter reading to 42000 kms in 165000/-. Know they asked me to stand the vehicle to our showroom we will sell the vehicle again & return back your money, on there version i had stand the vehicle MP10HE0816 at rukmani motors to Mr. Sarvanjeet singh. how is now not responding properly & giving negetive words to me. I had prepared myself for filing case in consumer forum within a week. request you to please suggest ASAP.

    I bought maruti Zen Lx ( MH14 AM 3613 ) from True Value WONDER CAR PIMPRI CHINCHWAD Empire Estate . At that time sells fellow told me that car having AC,MUSIC SYSTEM, CENTRAL LOCKING , NO POWER WINDOW AND STEARING on that basis i bought the in Rs 1,65,000 Rs in cash on dated 30/11/11 but when i took the car on my home way that time i notice that music system is not working then again i go to true value wonder car and asked for the same after that they send me wonder car service centre in ksb chowk there that mechanic told me spikers are rusty and are not working u have to replace it , then i call back to sells person from i bought the car but he directly told me thar u have to pay for that spiker we dont , with in 10 min of purchese or the car i have to pay 2000 rs for the speeker , tell me how can we believe on ur true value ,

    Default Non receipt of RC book even after 6 month

    I bought an alto lxi true value car from mohan motors in kolkata. At the time of sale I was told that i will be given my RC book and ownership transfer papers in 3 months time but it has not been deliver even after 6 months of purchase and the coustem service is of no help either.
