    Dear freinds,
    I have done a business of Rs5lac for the person mentioned below but he
    is not paying my commission of Rs50000
    Please suggest the lawyer has also taken Rs4000 and has lost my case He
    is dealing with the shopkeepers directly after i introduced them to him

    Dear Aditya, Not a problem, I am looking at Indore market and you being
    an MBA Marketing is simply a shot in the arm. I may have plans much
    more than Indore alone for you but i just dont know your apetite for
    the
    product. First i need to come to Indore and see you and your market.
    Toys is not always selling in toy stores. They are all over areas that
    can
    produce good foot falls....u are the marketing guy of course.
    Thi big problem is there is no Direct Flight from Bangalore and i need
    to connect via Mumbai. Let me check on the dates and call you a little
    later.

    Dear Aditya, There was a confusion on the forms. I spoke to Mr.
    Hasnain's father and clarified. Im sending the goods today by courier
    to Flora
    Collection.

    This is the Retail Margin Structure for normal Retailers.

    Margins : Understanding with relation to VAT.
    Consider
    MRP = 100 inclusive of 4% VAT.
    Therefore the Final Selling Price is 100/1.04 = 96.15
    Normal Retailer Margin is 25% of 96.15 = 24.03
    Retailer Cost Price = 72.11 plus VAT 4%

    Special Big Retailers. We offer them 33% instead of 25%

    Cash Discount: This is upto you really. I have offered 5% to the Big
    Retailers for the simple reason that when they invest is good stocks
    they
    take more effort to sell our stock than the others as they would earn
    more on our material.

    Normal Distributor Margin.
    MRP 100
    FSP 96.15
    Disctibutor Margin 37.5% (Less) = 36.05
    Your Cost = 60.09
    Provision for 4% CST = 2.31
    Gross Discount = 42.22

    Hope u understand the position. The 10% Commission on your order
    booking to you is a promotional bonus for you to lay a foundation. In
    case of
    Toy Corner for example I will be billing him at 38% Gross Discount and
    then adding 4% CST. This means that you will be getting 10% on 62% of
    the MRP. In Short you will be getting 6.2% on MRP which is the same as
    10% on my billing price.

    Just wait till the first batch reaches Toy Corner. Then we can take the
    graph higher. Hope you are enjoying your new job.
