We have purchased an Alto LXI in Black Colour on 26/02/2010 from Eakaansh wheels. We had made the payment in cash and submitted a DD for the same. But It has been written on the bill that the Car is hypothecated. and as a result on our RC too. Now we are unable to remove that Hypothecation from RC. Plz get that done.
