I Giriraj Dharan recently in pune booked an indigo manza quadrajet aura monarch red from CSD with Cargo Motors Pvt ltd,opp rajpath club Ahemdabad.I booked the vehicle on 27 feb 201 with a booking amt of Rs 11000 n was told by the dealer that delivery will be done in 15 days. Later on 08 march i did full payment of Rs 5,37000 to the dealer n handed over the supply order to the dealer.
There after i kept checking the status of my vehicle and appx after 30 days i came to know from the territory manager Mr deshapnde that cargo motors had not yet booked any vehicle in my name of monarch red colour,inspite they had booked for noir grey colour.Immediatly i spoke to Mr Damani GM of the showroom who said that they had ammended the entry in the system quite early but due to fault in the system of the company this has happened on the contrary company says that Mr Damani is lying.Then finally asked for the delivery date then Mr Damani told not less than a month.Thereafter i spoke to Mr deshpande (Terriotry manager)he said that he will see into the matter consult his superiors n do yhe delivery of vehicle by 03rd of April.But today when i spoke to him he said i dont know what i have said n veh cant be delivered next 15 days. He also said i am not answerable to you n also said do what ever u want but nothing can be done
Now that i have raised the matter to the level of Territory Manager pl advise what to do cos i am on a course n cant go to ahmedabad every now n then n so i planned on this weekend so that easily i can collect my vehicle.
pl raise my voice of concer to the higher ups n also provide me with tele n email detail of higher auth so that i can also directly converse with them and aprse them of their incompetent staff
