this is arun from chennai regarding my vehicle hyundai getz tn20ar1081. During my previous service i specifically informed them to arrest the rusting area in my car. They just applied paste and then painted that area at 29300km approx. They told me due to offen washing it will happen but it not so i wont wash car offen. Now what happen is the painted area again getting worn out and started rusting 32400km (this you can viewed in fig .1) between this kilometer interval how many times might i have washed my car. Now the car is due for next service. And fig .2 and fig .3 are the upcoming areas. I informed them they said will be painted. But i need to pass this message to hyundai, dealer just needs to receive the car and to send back. They don’t need to analyze the problem what is actually happening. And they don’t have the the passion to do so. I need a technical person from hyundai to attend this issue and to solve my car problem, dealers have no guts to solve this problem they just tell us to claim insurance, i wont do this. After getting a message from you, then only i will send my car to service. I have attached photos for your reference.

they called me regarding this and said ok this can be done under sharing basis of15% from my side and rest from there side total cost would be rs.15000/- plus.. They dint said me exact amount.. What for i have to pay for there product issues. I dint know........
(a) they said first your vehicle is out of warranty. But vehicle is still in extended warranty up-to 2011 june.


Please assist me regarding this issue i cant able to follow this people tell me how 2 register this complaint this is not a first time for me from the day one i am facing problem started with wiper blade not cleaning good they said many stories and after one year they changed wiper blades at cost and said rubber parts will not be covered under warranty. I left it. 2,3,4 are there.. Just i given small example from them see how they are cheating the customers...

And one thing the number which they have given me to contact them, they where not picking and no response from hyundai i dint know how to proceed further... Please help me vehicle is getting rust day by day....
