Sir,
Respectfully, I am an owner of Maruti Alto having registration number HR 26 AS 2917
and met with an accident in Gurgaon. As I am having trust on Maruti Service
station, I have two options in front of me APRA and VIPUL, but I heard about your
good service so immediately I reached to APRA Service Satation. On the very same day
at 2:30 P.M. I meet with Ms. Sonia(9540081290) in building no. 15A and handed over
the car for the inspection of the damage but on the very same day I was misguided as
I was make to sign on the INSURANCE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE without any inspection
and they called this as a part of formality. My question is this that your staff
take signature first without having any inspection done. Second thing the person who
was doing the inspection he had given me a budget between 9000 - 10000 which mean
minimum it can be 9k and maximum 10k, now when i went there for my car they showed
me a bill of 13000 which is much higher than quotation and when i asked them to
breif me about the work done they have told me they have changed certain other
things which was not mentioned anywhere in job card and nor anywhere else. They
changed AC gas and Aeroline and wheel alignment which is not at all required and not
even mentioned anywhere on my jobcard. I met with the GM of Body shop regarding the
same complaint but he started blaming me by saying that you are making false
statement which is not at all acceptable. I request you to look in to this matter
and do the needful.

Last year May 5th 2010 I bought Swift Lxi from Apra True Value Gurgaon.
Details-
Registration No. HR 26 AE 0363.
During first month I realized that the millage is very less hence I wanted to put CNG in it.I discussed the matter with True value & I was told that if I put CNG from out side my 1 year warranty will be taken back. So I had to put CNG from Apra only and that costed me 35,000 which was 15,000 more than the one available in outside that time. But just to save the warranty I had to buy it from Apra.
During first month after buying the car, I had realized that my car’s pick up is very low compare to other swift I personally checked. Also there were noises from the suspension & doors.
During CNG fitting it was told by the mechanics also that my car has got some problem with the Clutch. I took the car immediately to Apra workshop/service station. The service people was excellent but they did not recognized the problem so they did oiling so the noise was suppressed for few days.
After 2 months when the noise was again coming along with a new noise from steering. I went to the workshop immediately and shown my car. Again they checked & did the normal servicing.
I was constantly getting the following problems –
1. Steering Noise
2. Noise from the suspension
3. Noise from all the doors
4. Clutch problem.
I still not remembered how many times I took my car for these issues to Apra.
You still can check from your record if exist.
But In 2011 March , they have found out the exact reason of my first problem –
They told me that the whole clutch plate has to be changed, I PAID and it got changed.
In 2011 May after 7 /8th , they found out the exact reason of my second problem-
They told me that the whole steering assembly has to be changed & would cost me 22,000.My warranty was finished by 2 days. Hence, I have no choice.I thought its better to sell this car.I took my car to Apra True value & they said they can only pay me 2.35 L.
The amount I have paid was 3.2 L + 35 k( CNG) = 3.55 L and within 1 year buying this car my car depreciate by 1.25 L.I don’t remember how much I have spend on this car for Repairing.
Please let me know what should I do now. I have no choice but driving a car which has got so many problems with the steering & noise from the doors. Sometime I scared to drive in High ways as some accident might have happened due to these problems.
My only issue is that APRA TRUE VALUE has sold me a defective car. I could have bought the same car from outside and saved upto 1 lac rupees , but as I had trust on APRA TRUE VALUE , hence I did not care about money. I have maintained my car very well, did the servicing on time, not met with any accident, always driven very carefully and single handedly. But still I am very much upset as I trusted wrong people.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ………….

in pataudi apra centre there are many complaind in dealing
1.delay in vehicle handling after payment in advance.
2. miss guiding about vehicle that it should be drop from lift.
3. accesories should not be given after payment in advance from one & half month
4. good performa report should be signed by self
