I purchased in my name a fiat linea emotion pack from Kulathunkal Motors Trivandrum. The same was delivered on 4 Dec 2009. At the time of booking, the sales person promissed an exchange bonus of Rs.10000/- for my old car which was in the name of my husband. The amount is supposed to be refunded within 1 month of delivery. It was told that submittion of Mariage Certificate will be adequate to claim the exchange bonus which on request, I submitted two times. After doing continous follow ups also, I did not get the money back.
