This is in regards to my purchase of my Ford Fiesta Classic from Shreeji Ford, Thane.

I did a lot of research on the current Cars available (Maruthi SX4, Volkswagen Vento, etc), and after a lot of comparison I finally decided on a Ford Fiesta.

I had initially placed the [COLOR=#009900 !important]booking[/COLOR] order for a the said car on 16th May 2012, The dealer was pro active in getting me hooked up to buy the said vehicle and thru their usual sweet talks made me make the booking amount of Rs 5000/- on the same day. They had promised that the car will be delivered on the 6th of june 2012, and they will initiate the Bank loan procedure too. It was also informed that i would get certain accessories free during delivery. accordingly by 30th May i paid Rs 4.34 Lacs by way of cheques and had got the loan approved for the balance Rs 3 lacs thru SBI. However as till 10th June the car was not delivered and as there was no communication from Shreeji Ford, i decided to go to the dealer and check. The entire attitude of the sales manager was different. He didnt bother to listen to me and also they were not sure as to when they will be able to deliver the car. They used to every week make false promise verbally that the car will be delivered in 5-6 days. In the mean time on 5th July 2012, my EMI started getting deducted for the car which till date i have not received.

When complained to Ford India, they were unable to help me. Now its been 2 and half months and still i have not received my vehicle. My Rs 7.34 Lacs is at stake. And when asked about refund they are saying they will deducting Rs 10000/- from the down payment and there will additional penalty by the Bank for the cancellation.
