Dear Sir ,
I would like to raise complaint againt Monginis (netorders@monginis.net ).

As per monginis policy, 48 hours before i have ordered cake 250 + 100 Rs for delivery but i have not received any orderr, so i called on number given on the site but no one picked my call's. ( tried calling 25 time) , then i approached CCAvenue customer care but they ware also helpless & they suggested me that onlu Monginis Merchant can only help.

CCAvenue customer care suggest me to contact ICICI bank but after connecting ICICI bank i come to know that they can not do anything.

As far as proof is concern , i have received mail saying my order number WEB-44181 amounting to Rs. 350/- has been successfully processed through CCAvenue.

I just wanted to bring your notice that Monginis is doing fraud with customer , I request you please take action against them so that they should not do thisn with others.
