I had made an online order of 5 cakes Worth Rs. 4600 ( Order no. WEB-37214) on Monginis.net ( check attachment ORDER_DETAILS.jpeg for same) which was about to be delivered on 16th December 2011 for an Joint Birthday party of my colleagues . I made inquiry on 16 th morning with Monginis support (91-22-40786789 / 797) for information regarding my shipment of cakes, they said it will get delivered by 12-3 pm which they failed to deliver. later i again called for inquiry this time they said they will surely deliver cakes by 6.00 pm. Which again they failed to do so. I contacted them in this regards asking for a valid reason why cakes were not delivered for a birthday party which was about to start at 6.00 pm .. they replied that they are unable to make contact with Pune Monginis office that's why its taking time for delivery. But actual fact was the order which i gave dint shipped to Pune which i came to know after consistently calling Pune regional Dealer Mr. Saurabh Das till 8.00 pm. He said it wont be possible for him to deliver the cakes. thus they ruined an entire party causing a total disappointment and anger in all the guests which have came for party. an entire Grand function was ruined cause of this negligence.

On 18-Dec-2011 i got a mail from Monginis.net seeking feedback regarding my experience for Taste of cakes. I called Sona Acharya (Associate-Operations & Logistics Incharge) Mumbai.
But she said she is looking in matter and will contact me as soon as she gets a lead on it. But no further communication took place from their side in this regards. I replied to that mail but it seemed from their they were not at all worried or concerned for the negliegence occured from their side( check Attachment Feedback.Jpeg - for entire email communication). I asked for a satisfactory resolution/outcome but didn't got any till now.

Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution for the same.
